I liked that my room was always a quiet place i could go to relax but i wanted to meet more people. The people in my room weren't really interested in talking. Maybe have more activities or events to help people socialize that doesn't involve alcohol (this was the biggest issue for me). Bed sunk in the middle so it was hard to get in and out, i had sore legs for most of my stay so it was difficult for me to get to the top bunk. could hear the music from the cavern at night when trying to sleep, even with ear plugs (i was on second floor). The sun was bright and shone into the room waking me up early (just need to fix the curtain a bit), i could hear people out from through the window. the bathroom in the room had lots of black mold (maybe put a fan in), the whole room was stuffy (wanted a window that could open). some of the kitchen staff could be a little nicer.
Loved the location, free breakfast, 50% off first meal, wifi, helpful, friendly and knowledgable staff.
