comfortable room and bed, flat screen tv, great view. worked out way more expensive than we initially thought which put us off... for the price it should have a pool. decor in the corridors is a bit dated and the cleaner never dusted anything in our room, not a major issue though as everything else was kept very clean |

Close to downtown, shops, BC Place. Easy drive from airport. Clean rooms, nice staff. Charging 10 bucks extra for parking is ridiculous. Hotel bar (White Spot) should be open later than 10:00pm. |

The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, we liked the room a lot. Check-in was with a really friendly, helpful man. Check-out man, not so much. Attached restaurant/bar was terrible staff- and food-wise. |

It was so nice to have such a clean smelling room. This was a first for us. The bed and linens were great and the easy access to the ferry to Granville Island where we did shopping for our stay in Whistler was so much fun. We would love to come again! |

convenient location, satifactory facilities, friendly and helpful staff the surrounding environment was not very nice, the streets were dirty and there were intimidating people hanging around outside |

The location in relation to the city attractions was first class. However, the Downtown area was not the best. The staff were very helpful with any requests we made. |

was quiet. comforters & pillows great. Free water!!! bed had a dip. couldn't get an elevator in the morning to check out. it was too busy, when one finaly came it was full. took more then a half hour to get downstairs. Frustrated we went downstairs for breakfast by stairs and came back to check out later. therefore were delayed leaving. |

The room had everything to make my stay comfortable. ie nice bed, blow dryer, iron, microwave, fridge, tv, coffee maker, kettle, clothes line, alarm clock. :) |
