Hotel was one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed: No room service, not really clean, no restaurant, a lot of strange people wandering around the place. Last day we discovered that there is a mouse in our room. Overall rating is not good.

1.We stayed at the room close to reception desk and somebody at the desk were chatting all night long wihout lowering voice. 2.somebody was smoking and smell of tabacco was drifting through our room. 3.When we were booking room information on website was that $111 is cheepest price , but when we arrived sign in front of hotel showed that prices start from 39.95. Could you please clirify, if it was mistake and on whose side? Thank you, Gamvariya Vafina

Cheap We booked two nights at this hotel. On the first night we were awoken at 4 am to a mouse eating a protein bar in my husbands bag. When he went to tell the "night person", he told him there was not much he could do until the manager came on duty in the morning. When we talked to the manager all she said they could do was set a trap. We left for the entire second day. Got up Sunday morning to a dead mouse (in the trap) under the bed. The mangagment acted like it was something that happened all the time!. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. There was hair (not mine) in the shower drain. The bed was basically touching the "entertainment center". I seriously felt like I needed to lysol myself when we checked out. You really get what you pay for. The pictures of hotel on the website do not even come close to what the hotel looks like... it was gross! The elevator was out of order, when we pulled in to the "free" parking there were broke down cars and some guys building bunkbeds in the undercover parking area

Nothing. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was dark, dingy and dirty. Nothing was as advertised. The room either had fleas or bed bugs as I left the next morning with bites on my upper body. I had just finished a long journey and was using the hotel for a single nights stop off. However, the room smelled so badly that I had to leave and return with just enough time to get some sleep. This really was the worst place I have ever stayed in. I know the price was low, but for this I at least expected clean accommodation. This hotel disappointed on every front. The location was also not very good, there were homeless people fighting outside just one block over, not a great location.

Hotel 760 is a close neiborhood to downtown Victoria and inner Harbor. It is just 10 minutes walk away from there. It's a simple hotel with only essential things, but for me that was enough. Room is clean and neat. Price is very cheap for this location. Stuffs are friendly and helpful. Talk to Tanya. She is a native Canadian and fun to talk to her.

The upside is that downtown is within walking distance (2km) and the rooms don't face directly onto the busy Blanchard Street. The room was clean. No alarm clock, no hand towels, only one wash cloth in the bathroom, no heating bulb in the ceiling, and no coffee maker. Wifi didn't work. There was only a single lamp in the bedroom. The screen was missing from the window, and there's no door out to the little balcony shown in their photos. The mini-refrigerator worked, but made groaning noises, so I unplugged it. The tub had chips out of it, and the shower tile had been poorly repaired at some time. This place is definitely in need of a general sprucing-up. The walls seem barren, and the two tables in the room seemed to be after-thoughts.

The room smell very bad. The location was bad. Actually, I felt unsafe. There were a lot of homeless outside, and they hide in the bushes.

I'm glad I read the reviews, so our expectations were low. The room was old and smelly, but the bed was amazingly comfortable. We were located right above reception, so we got WiFi no problem - but I read this was an issue for others. For the money, it wasn't that bad really. Amazing coffee shop down the street called Discovery Coffee - best coffee in Victoria apparently; and very delicious, healthy treats! I think the two worst things is that people were smoking on our floor, so it stunk...and it wasn't just cigarettes; plus the window slid open easily and didn't lock. The general smell was something you might need to overcome. All depends on your standards. This time we decided to go cheap...you get what you pay for. Although not in a good area, no one bothered us.

The front desk staff lady was extremely helpful all the time giving us tips and directions about where to visit in Victoria. I and my girlfriend were visiting for the first time to Victoria and the help made a big difference. I could smell smoke inside the hotel by the front desk (receptionist) and also the hotel seems to get a renovation as it looks and feels pretty old.

Absolutely nothing. I was extremely tired after fishing all day, arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm. Crashed and was out of there the minute I woke at first light. You may want to consider this a budget friendly motel but it isn't even that. Budget is getting a decent room at a decent price. This was not. Felt like you might catch something in this place. I parked my truck several blocks away for fear having it vandalized. It was extremely run down, scary actually. No way my wife would have stayed here. She had to back out of trip because our dog had emergency surgery the day before our trip. No wonder they have a no refund on cancellation rate, as I'm sure they have the majority of people back out of their bookings. This is a disgrace to the beautiful city of Victoria. You should be checking out these motels before adding them to your offerings. This place should be demolished.

The room was disgusting. There was no smoke detector in the room, electrical cover plates were missing,no cover on the ceiling fan in the bathroom. The linen, although clean, was in very poor condition, tears and holes in the sheets and stains on the towels The mattresses were very badly stained and the blankets and bedspreads were shabby and stained. The curtains were hanging off the curtain rail and looked like they had never been cleaned. the furniture was extremely shabby. There were wires hanging out of an open electrical box on the balcony, which was filthy.

It gave some time to relax and started my visit to downtown victoria to visit the museums. I Noise all night long from beside room. Laud tv and other noises, not really good rest at night. The bath was not well clean.

It is a pit!! We did not like the location - - not a safe area - - room was dirty - bathroom was filthy - - had to ask for towels. Have stayed in many other hotels at the same price point which were palaces compared to 760. The picture on the web page was deceiving, to say the least.

The location was good for our stay. It seems like hotel is not well maintained. We had no towels in our room when we arrived, not sure why, so we had to ask for them. I would only recommend this hotel because of the low price.

Never, and I repeat never stay at this place. To start, they are lying to everyone by using the old Travelers Inn signs on the building for "Hotel 760". The place is filthy, run down and a total rip off. Looks like the room was never cleaned, used condoms still in garbage, not vacuumed, shower curtain had black mildew clinging it together, bed spread had multiple burn holes and rips, room smelled or smoke and semen, old stained mattresses visible on balconies and the elevator was broken, parking lot full of garbage and abandoned vehicles.
