The air conditioner and toilet were both broken in my room. The facilities were dated to the point of not being able to tell if they were unclean or just worn down. The side door indicated it would be locked from midnight to 8 a.m. but was not (which is a safety issue). The continental breakfast was the usual - cereal, old apples, sometimes bananas, muffins/banana bread, waffle maker, toast, coffee maker, and pitchers of juice and water. There was a large, dead spider floating in the water jar the last day of my stay. Staff were absent, as always, so there was no cleaning it.
The two individuals who worked the desk (check-in and check-out) were friendly and professional. The room itself (the superior room, with a microwave and mini fridge) was well-appointed. It was quiet.
