There was paper plates in the parking lot plus numerous other pieces of garbage. The rooms were not up to standards. Very poor place to stay.
Free wifi, parking, service.
Didn't get the complimentary breakfast.
I liked that we were able to modify of booking when we needed to go home one day earlier.
The fridge in the room had someone elses food in it when we opened it. The bed sheets had not been changed, as we found several dark curly hairs when we turned the sheets down. We were only provided one towel for two people per day.
Fridge did not work.place needs complete reno!
Not enough lights in the room,
The location and parking was great and the staff was somewhat helpful and friendly when they were around. Their breakfast choices were on par.
No one was at the front desk at check in. I called on the phone as requested on note left on desk and got no answer. Waited for 10 mins. There was spaces around the door to the room. The door latch was loose and did not operate smoothly. The carpet had "gooey wetspots". The nightstands had greasy substances smeared on the top. The toilet was running and kept me up until I was too tired to stay awake. The bedsheets were too small for the bed. There was an odor coming from the climate control unit. The message light on the telephone was blinking although there was no messages on the voicemail system. The telephone rang at 4am on the second night and there was no reply at the other end when I answered. The coffee at breakfast was almost at room temperature and the microwave in the room had an odor like burning electrical wire. Rendering it useless and a possible fire hazard at best. The lampshades were damaged on three of the lamps. The lamp next to the bed had no switch. The bath floor and walls had mildew and possibly black mold in the corners at the corners of the shower walls. The bathroom GFCI electrical outlet was not working. Only 1 bulb in the bathroom light fixture was working. The carpet was not cleaned and had stains. I had to sign into the Wi-Fi network everytime I left and returned to the site even with my device set to remember every Wi-Fi network connection. The front desk was unmanned at multiple times and when I brought some of the issues to their attention, it was acknowledged and I was told that they will look into it but nothing was done to correct it. Most of the items listed above was still existent at checkout. I had cleaned the greasy residue on the nightstands myself, and the filter on the climate control unit.
It was close to the highway Breakfast was good
The water in the toilet was running all night and it was noisy There was no extra blanket and it was cold The heater was noisy and you could not keep it running during the night Housekeeping only made the beds and there was no vacuuming or anything else close to cleaning
Management/staff was very accommodating. We got in very late and the only room left reeked of smoke and many items were broken or in disrepair. First thing the next morning we were moved as promised. This room was clean, nothing broken and we were very comfortable.
We were too far from the downtown convention center which made us late every morning due to traffic and tons of construction that created lots of detours. The room the first night was pretty awful but I don't think that would have been an issue if we hadn't gotten in so late.
Quiet, staff polite, size of room was good for one person or couple,
heating system too loud, room not thoroughly cleaned, only emptied garbage and not everyday, problems with internet, grounds could have better appeal
Filthy carpet, leaky and filthy toilets, lamps don't work
Had to clean dried urine off of the toilet seat, mold around the sink and shower stall. The lamp and alarm clock where not plugged in so we pulled out the nightstand to plug them in and there was at least 4 inches of dust and dirt. The furniture hadn't been dusted. Needless to say we where very disappointed.
hard to get into from the west. that the desk person handled my Visa.
the room was really dirty they didn't vacum the room and didn't give clean towels
the location of room was quiet and it was close to 401.
no microwave or fridge and you could see outside around door.
The staff is really nice...it was clean which is important.
The bed was susported by three pieces of wood. The lamps in the room had no light bulbs.
It was quiet and they had breakfast in the mornings.
The hallway carpets need to be changed. Washrooms need to be updated completely.
the picture they put on internet sounds like very nice and clean. But as soon as I arrived to the hotel I even didn't want to step on those scummiest carpets. If it wasn't that late and cold I would never stay at this place. I felt myself real bad that night
provided us with a place to stay
had to wait for some one to arrive at reception desk bathroom door had prev been kicked in so didn't open close properly not great value for money when compared with options closer by
I will never book there anymore.
The place was very dirty.
There was nothing to like the place was horrible.
It baffles us how a place like this can operate , hole in a wall covered with duct tape, grout in the shower full of mildew , stairway up to room level and access strewn with cigarette butts , empty beer cans, the place just gave us the creeps and we checked out first thing as it was too late when we arrived to look for somewhere else.
Filthy Odours of vomit
It is not 3+ stars but it is clean and quiet. Cheap price and yes I would stay there again.
Free wifi was not usable, funny personages around and to check out took long. The staff was busy
Location would have been convenient had we stayed
Everything else, but most of all the hotel was filthy and in disrepair. I stayed in this hotel when it first opened and that is why I rebooked. Given its current state I will never be back.
Good price, Easy to find, Helpful staff, Free parking, Free WiFi, Room was a good size, Comfy, clean bed, Clean bathroom
A little dark and gloomy in corridors and breakfast area, A little grotty in the corridors - new carpets needed really and a slap of paint
I din't like anything about this hotel
