The hotel is conviniently and centrally located. The rooms are comfortable with a kitchenette. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. |

people working there are very nice, people who clean and receptioninst. They were frinedly and very flexible. They helped me a lot Not really. Everything was fine |

I enjoyed the convenience and location for my business meetings. There was a birthday party in the conference room that lasted until 2 A.M. and n oisy people stayed out in the oarking lot until 4 A.M. They also took all the hotel paying GUESTS's parking . I had to park at the Shoppers Drug Mart accross the street . This should not have happenend. Also I booked on line but the dates were wrong at the hotel. |

I enjoyed the fact that I was with someone that I wanted to be with so therefore the room was just right. Since I have been going to the same Howard Johnson everytime I stay in Brampton I think there should be a discount of some sort to show the appreciation of me booking there all the time. I am usually there once a month. |

The rooms where so unclean..the bath tub was falling apart..the ceiling looked like it had blood splatter on it but I wasnt about to get up close enough to see if it was... The doors didnt have door stops so they hit the walls hard and all the walls behind all the doors had holes in them...the lights in the room turned on half the time ... |

The people I was with. The fact that when we got there we had 2 rooms booked and they couldn't find one of them. When we asked the hotel clerk for the amount that was put on my credit card for one of the rooms he refused to tell me and said that it was already billed and he does not have to reveal to me what the charges were. |

I liked the convenience of my room except when the roof started to leak . The housekeepers were very helpful and did a very good job Yes, I had to carry my own luggage to my room. Reception staff unhelpful most of the time - when i reported the leak in my room no one came to look at it. It was a housekeeper who put buckets to catch water dripping from the roof. |

La accesibilidad y la ubicación No me gusto el hotel. Estaba sucio en los espacios compartidos, asi como la habitacion. Con olor a tabaco en las habitaciones no fumadores y en los pasillos del 5to piso, tuvimos que cambiar tres veces de habitación antes de poder instalarnos.. La infraestructura del H.J Brampton son muy deficitaria y el servicio es muy malo. |

Belle grande chambre, à prix abordable, bien situé, Nobody speak french, le petit déjeûner, manque fruits, confitures, céréales, etc..il y place pr amélioration. |
