Perfect location; fair breakfast

#1: The receptionist. I checked in and presented the printed # Reservation document; the receptionist still insist on the date # that I made the reservation; she was irritated that I couldn't # remember the date that I reserved the room. I already presented the # printed reservation copy, what is the matter? #2: The heater turned # off automatically in the middle of the night, so we were freezing # and had to wake up to turn it back on. #3 The carpet floor by the # window is wet.

Blatant deficiency is everywhere. Repairs are sorely needed. Exercise room is a joke. (3 pieces of equipment)

Arrived to our room that was 104 degrees, because someone had forgot to turn the air conditioner on. Stayed in our car for an hour waiting for room to cool down. T.V didn't work, reported it to front desk, waited for more than an hour, called front desk again and the staff person who looks after this problems had gone home. after 15 minutes with a pair of pliers and a screw driver I got it to work. From 3:00 a.m to 8:00 a.m each morning could not flush toilet due to no water pressure reported to front desk, didn't know what the problem was with the water. Wouldn't recommend this motel to a camel herder and his camels.

Essentially a good clean comfortable convenient place to stay.

No fan in bathroom.

Good value for the money, excellent location, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms.

One reception clerk was excellent. Others could use some training in customer service.Breakfast was good, but not deluxe. Presence of some kitchen staff to help and serve the guests would be a good idea.

Приветливый персонал, жили в 2х местном номере (2 комнаты) семьей из 3х человек. Доплату за ребенка не взяли, питался тоже бесплатно. Потеряли ключ от комнаты - без штрафа. Супер!

Acho que podiam melhorar a sua placa de informações dentro do hotel pois estive no hotel durante duas semanas e quase no final da minha estadia e que descobri que o hotel tinha ginásio, gostava que melhoracem o sistema de internet pois bloqueia muitas vezes...
