Perfect location; fair breakfast #1: The receptionist. I checked in and presented the printed # Reservation document; the receptionist still insist on the date # that I made the reservation; she was irritated that I couldn't # remember the date that I reserved the room. I already presented the # printed reservation copy, what is the matter? #2: The heater turned # off automatically in the middle of the night, so we were freezing # and had to wake up to turn it back on. #3 The carpet floor by the # window is wet.

It was noisy and security could not control the roudy people. The front desk made promises that they didn't meet. The parking lot smelled of garbage.

Arrived to our room that was 104 degrees, because someone had forgot to turn the air conditioner on. Stayed in our car for an hour waiting for room to cool down. T.V didn't work, reported it to front desk, waited for more than an hour, called front desk again and the staff person who looks after this problems had gone home. after 15 minutes with a pair of pliers and a screw driver I got it to work. From 3:00 a.m to 8:00 a.m each morning could not flush toilet due to no water pressure reported to front desk, didn't know what the problem was with the water. Wouldn't recommend this motel to a camel herder and his camels.

Location Hotel was packed with under age kids drinking and smoking drugs.... False advertisement of free late check out reason I chose hotel. Booking confirmation email even confirmed free late 4pm check. Had to call the police at 2am to bust up the teen party and hotel staff threw me out at 1139 said I had to pay extra night for late check out.... They had no interest in resolving my issues... Would never stay here again ... Towels were dirty and so was the bedding !!

Good value for the money, excellent location, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. One reception clerk was excellent. Others could use some training in customer service.Breakfast was good, but not deluxe. Presence of some kitchen staff to help and serve the guests would be a good idea.

I hated the stay, the first night I was put in an out of order room with the a/c stuck on heat all night long. The second night, I forgot my leather shoes and called to arrange to pick up my property, but they refused to give it due to a smoking fee of $75. So my shoes aren't worth that, and will never book this hotel in my life.

Приветливый персонал, жили в 2х местном номере (2 комнаты) семьей из 3х человек. Доплату за ребенка не взяли, питался тоже бесплатно. Потеряли ключ от комнаты - без штрафа. Супер! Все отлично!

Ein Hotel das in die Jahre gekommen ist. Preis Leistung ist allerdings unschlagbar gewesen. Für eine Nacht für Leute die keinen großen Anspruch haben ok.

em especial da sua localização, gostei muito do staff do hotel, gostei da comodidade.. Acho que podiam melhorar a sua placa de informações dentro do hotel pois estive no hotel durante duas semanas e quase no final da minha estadia e que descobri que o hotel tinha ginásio, gostava que melhoracem o sistema de internet pois bloqueia muitas vezes...
