It was a good price for a Toronto Hotel.

The decor is tired, dirty, aged. It needs to be freshened up and painted. The hot tub was not very hot and the jets weren't working. There were never any towels in the pool area. This has been reported before in reviews, so I was surprised there were still no towels!!! The breakfast was very poor, most items were empty, including the tea, bagels and juice. I will never stay there again and definitely would not recommend the hotel.

Nothing. It was, in all, an unfortunate experience.

Staff was somewhat rude and unhelpful. The walls were very thin and we had teenagers out in the halls at all hours being very loud and banging on walls. Security did nothing despite calls made by us. The room was dirty and the second double bed in our room was broken. The free continental breakfast consisted of toast, some pastries or kid's cereals. The pastries, unfortunately, had bugs stuck to them.

Staff was courtious. Rooms were very clean. Convieniently located for our needs. Price through Bookings.com was great.

The hotel is very old. And is very thirty outside and the bed is so bad I could not sleep.

La journée j'ai fait mon check-in avec mon fils adolescent, la police était présente à la réception avec 2 prostituées (micro mini, talons vertigeux, manteaux cheap faux fur) en train de les sortir de l'établissement après j'imagine une soirée assez movementé. Wow...quel accueil! Et c'est ma chance que 3 jours plus tard, à mon check-out, la police était encore là avec une autre prostituée.....non mais??? Mon fils à bien rigolé. Si vous avez des familles, je ne suggère pas cet hôtel...laisse faire la piscine intérieur..ce n'est pas vraiment un endroit pour les enfants. Adultes seulement!!! Et encore là. Terriblement déçu.

Nothing. They screwed with my booking, instead of a king room they gave me a room with double bed. It was very dirty. Someone had a blunt session and left evidence behind. Shows that they don't clean thoroughly. The room keepers knock every morning asking if we are checking out, when they should know better and not to disturb us. We asked that they clean our room, but they only did it once while I was there supervising(jk I was eating) I had to wait till the keeper came around asking if we were checking out to ask to clean our room since front desk was no help at all. To add on the poor service, Our room cards did not work 2 nights in a row, for no apparent reason, and had to mission it to the ghetto front desk to ask them why, but had no explaination. My bf and I were unimpressed, we couldn't cancel it. You will get what you pay for. So from now on, I'm not settling for anything under $150. It's good if you don't care about the comments stated above, cuz it's dirt cheap. Don't let websites deceive you. Careful of miserable people at reception, and happy hunting.

Nothing was great about this hotel. It looked like a scene out of a horror movie. Every night we would have to sleep with one eye open, since there was no security. Bad service, bad decor, bad everything, it'll have to be in the negatives in terms of scores. Tv was small, they shouldn't be called a hotel, more like a motel.
