everything is clean and comfort to stay. Especially, there is an arrangement for cooking in the room.
location.. the location where I stayed is quite far from downtown. not a problem people who travel with a car.
Lots of space Free parking Great restaurant nearby BierMarkt
No wifi, and had to pay for internet cable
The Ghazele food place across the street. Clean.
WiFi not available.
Location on the lakeshore within a reasonable driving time to everything; clean and functional as you would expect from a college dorm room; good value versus a hotel.
Didn't feel safe (poorly lit car park, inefficient staff), hidden problems (no wifi, need to bring/buy an Ethernet cable), not oriented to travels (no functional information available on access to city, restaurants, etc,)
Great price, clean, great transit access
Trip to downtown Toronto took an hour each way. Beds were a bit hard
The location was the reason I stayed here.
There was no TV in the room and you couldn't control the room temperature. The mattress was also VERY firm.
We liked the price, and location and security of the building, and it also was a quite place for sleeping!!
We thought there should have been a toaster, and kettle, and your basic dishes, like plate, bowl and cups, and cutlery..
Helpful staff! I really mean it. Clean rooms, ok beds. Located next to streetcar stops and has some restaurants nearby as well.
No breakfast, but it's seen in the price. No wireless internet (they do have wired though!)
1. On the Transportation line going directly downtown (1 Hour travel time on street car). 2. Free, Safe Parking
Need 1. Serve a breakfast 2. microwavable cups for rooms 3. Better mattresses
It is what it is - a residence. This means exposed concrete and minimalistic finishings. 2 bedrooms and 37 m2 (in Toronto at reasonable price) is perfect for a family with a 2 year old. Lots of space and nothing he could accidentally break.I lived in residence when I was at Uni so I didn't have expectations beyond what a residence is.
Cooking and eating equipment not in the flat.
Daily replenishment of clean towels and garbage collection.
Parking lot is too far from the entrance of the facility. Beds are very uncomfortable. No stove in kitchen; only microwave. Kitchen not well equipped at all. Need to bring all of your own. An extension to the check out of more than an hour cost $25.
the two bedroom suite is really nice, more than expected...it's clean and spacious...
Staff was not that helpful
Easy Access to Downtown Toronto and the QEW
No televisions in the rooms, as there is in Sheridan College residence.
Dear Sir/Madam, In the website we made the reservation for 1 suite with two rooms. However the website led us to a little confusion, so when we thought we were making a two rooms (Chambres) reservation, we were really reserving 2 suites! Luckily the people of the hotel cancelled the reservation of one of the suites and made the refunding. I appreciate this. My suggestion is that perhaps your site should make an explanation of what is the suite and what the rooms are in a clearer way. Thanks a lot,

Price Double room with a shared bathroom Kitchen
Location difficult to get into Tornto
The only suggestion I would have is to have TV's in the room and a crib/play yard. Other than that it was excellent and we would stay again.
-free parking was available but far from building -wifi -utensil for kitchen
It's a college dorm. The price was right and the staff very helpful you are staying in a dorm. The bedding was basic but worked well. Great bang for the buck.
Back doors lock after hours. You have to walk around the building to get in.
Clean. Quiet. Safe atmosphere. Mostly knowledgeable, helpful staff. Close to downtown. Stores/food nearby. Reasonable rate. Refrigerator.
Small window and difficult to open/close. Air conditioning not cool. Room key did not work. Floors in kitchen and bathroom were bare cement-no floor covering such as vinyl or tile. Institutional feel. No comfortable seating such as chair or couch.
The staff were all really nice and helpful. Especially for my friends and I who know nothing about the city and had a tun of questions. It was clean. Perfect temperature. Also free parking:) Id definitely stay again.
The distance to downtown Toronto
Location near grocery and restaurants Quiet
Very uncomfortable beds Housekeeping done x2 over a 5 nights stay had to asked for toilet papers and towels to be changed No Wifi No tv in room, no hairdryer No access to a kitchen to cook meals Rooms are dull surundounded with concreak walls no decoration Too expensive for what you get
Friendly staff in reception. My room was not cleaned after previoust guests, but we got promptly a new clean one. Good qeen bed.
No wireless internet, only cable (this was provided on reception after request - the last one). Concrete walls may seem attractive, but it was rather depressive. No bulb in the table lamp.
rooms were awesome. very spacious being on the 6th floor. will totally book again.
when paying for the late check out the girl at the front desk forgot to charge my boyfriend the HST...and she called my room (after he had already left) and said i needed to come down and pay the difference or do the transaction over again. This was not our fault and we literally only had enough money for public transit (which we had to give up upon leaving). This was a bit of an inconvenience. She made the mistake and that should not reflect on us.
