Humphry Inn and Suites  

Big Clean Rooms, Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Bath Tub, Large Magnifying Shaving Glass, Hair Dryer etc in the Rooms. Complimentary Coffee 24 Hrs etc.

Staff were very helpful, free parking and breakfast included were fantastic.

Disposable cups, plates & cutlery not great.

Did not like your prices. We have travelled extensively and your prices are really gauging. Most hotels of better quality charge less include breakfast have coffee in the lobby at all times. The rooms were clean but your hallways and elevators were dingy

The location was within walking distance of the MTS Centre.

All the staff at the Humphry Inn and Suites were excellent; they were so helpful and friendly and eager to help with advice about local places to visit and where to eat. We were always greeted warmly when we passed the reception area. The hotel is well located close to the city center and the Forks. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable, very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and tea and Coffee were available for guests in the lobby 24 hours. Having a microwave, small fridge and coffee maker in the room was a bonus. The WiFi was excellent and the room provided a good work space. We did not get time to use the pool. I would recommend Humphry Inn and Suites for a stay in Winnipeg.

Convenient and good location

Bedding was either old or not cleaned well. Appeared grey or dirty

Free parking, breakfast, excellent facility, location to sports/concert hall.

Limited parking at facility, food shortage at breakfast. (Although I was there at 9 a.m. the french toast had been depleted and there were only few sausages left. No other options for protein-type foods).

I was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, the downtown location is very convenient to all the city has to offer, and is within walking distance of The Forks Nat'l Historic Park. The free parking for this downtown location is much appreciated and a huge selling point. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included hot food, and was served in a nice ground level dining room. The free newspaper was appreciated as well. All in all a great experience and I would happily stay again.

Staff was very courteous. Rooms were nice. Fridge and microwave in room was handy.

Pool closes too early. Most hotels close their pool at 11pm, not 10. Although the free parking was a bonus, had to park across the street most of the time. Replenishing of buffet breakfast items was slow and ill-timed, ie they'd bring out a stack of bacon but the egg pan was empty for another 5-10 minutes.

We keep coming back - good place to stay and close to the train and forks

The breakfast was great. The beds were comfy. My daughter used the pool area facilities. It was easy access and quiet. That's the part I love!

The staff are great. The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is exceptional

I have no complaints at all. It is possibly the best hotel in Winnipeg.

The cleanliness and quiet in the halls.The bathroom was excellent and it had lots of good towels. The fridge and microwave were fine.The beds were large and comfortable. Generally the room was pleasant..The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
