I travel very frequently and I am usually happy with my choices, except this time.
-Some rooms share a door with the adjacent room with no privacy - you can hear, literally, all conversations of your neighbors, and so can they.
-Swimming pool is a joke, it is for kids (and indeed, I've never seen anybody other than kids in there).
- The public area in front of the hotel is extremely noisy when there are summer events, with music up to 11pm daily. It's impossible to work in your room, or sleep before 11pm.
- To access your room, you have to take two elevators, and these are extremely slow and crowded. There is usually a line in front of the elevators.
- Morning breakfast is okay but well-attended and food is not re-filled on time.
Some of the staff are very nice and helpful. City views are beautiful. Rooms are spacious and well organized. Cleaning ladies are very nice and flexible.
