The service was terrific, the staff were friendly and interested - whether wait staff in the restaurant, front desk or bellhops. They seemed to truly enjoy working for the company and were interested in customer needs. |

Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean. Entrance very stark and functional...not friendly. Entrance area lounges likewise unattractive...nobody relaxing in them. Likewise room decor functional...not friendly...not a relaxing atmosphere. it may be necessary to have guests sign the "responsibility" form but it is very off putting...unlikely that we will choose this hotel again. |

Good location downtown. Lifts are very, very slow. Very limited space when arriving by car and no valet parking. I have asked the doorman, but I had to park myself the car into the garage with lots of traffic. Not to be expected from Hyatt. Rooms are not up to Hyatt standard in Europe, even with renovation. I could not find safe in my room as well. |

The location and the room was well taken care of The elevators in the hotel sometimes took up to 10 minutes to respond. The elevator and the halls of the hotel where not well kept at all. |

the location was good for all directions, walking to lake side or into shopping area also train station, bonus the airport bus stops at the hotel. The Lifts were a bit slow, and often needed attention |

Close to all amenities. Greay view of CN tower etc. Asked for 2 extra drinking glassses but never recived them. Sheets did not fit the bed. No access to regular cable (ie radio). Kleenex box was empty but no replacement in bathroom. Lack of soap in room(1 bar only). Would have liked another mirror in the room. |

We like the TV and the room size. Room decor is great. As there is no waiting area for the taxi, conceirge not able to pick up our bags from the front of the hotel. Needed to get inside to inform concierge that we have baggages. you may want to consider putting a doorman at the front of the hotel. |

nice room, great bed, the room was lovely, however I was quite surprised at the size of the bathroom,,,,,really no where to put your bath stuff. A vanity would be nice the TV did not work after the 2nd morning. it powered on, and then went off immediately. The dirty drinking glasses in my room were not replaced after cleaning on Saturday. I was very disappointed that there was not a small fridge in the room. I can say that it has been a very long time since I was in a hotel room without a fridge. |

Fantastic location in the heart of the business, shopping and theatre district. It had a local neighbourhood feeling but was a stone's throw from the hustle bustle. Beautiful views across the city and a really great gym and pool. The elevators need to be refurbished. The rooms and public areas are great but the inside of the elevators feel like you are in a terrible dirty hotel. |
