Location and having a patio off my room, room service was fast. Overall service was escellent. No BNN, busines news network, was dissapointing not being able to keep up to date with what the markets were doing. Internet was kind of slow.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a double bed room and the view was wonderful. Room was clean when we first got there, especially the bathroom was very clean. Location is excellent, starbucks in the lobby, tim hourtons and Mc right beside the hotel. Skytrain station is really close and it only takes 3 mins to walk to PC and the bay. Anyways we really enjoyed our stay. I will choose Hyatt next time when I back to Vancouver.

Downtown location. Very Disappointed. Made reservations Oct 30 for New Year's eve stay. Reserved Deluxe room with King size bed with north view on 20+ floor. Checked in mid -afternoon. Clerk remarked that: 'oh you made reservations with a third party". Was told room reserved not avail, attempted to give us two double beds or room on 7th floor with king size. After discussion, we were forced to pay extra money(upgrade) to get the room we thought we were getting in first place. Typical bait and switch. Poor showing for a Hyatt, will not return.

Most everything! The concierge was very helpful, the location was great and the room were clean. We will stay there again when we return in the future! I am concerned that a reservation we made for new years eve dinner was not cancelled by the concierge as per our request. It was made to Rtl (? if thats the right order of initals) . We made it from our home computer..left a telephone message requesting cancellation the next am..and also asked the concierge to confirm this cancellation. I thought it was taken care of but in our researching other credit card charges they said our card had been charged! I am waiting to see if the bill shows a transaction...so this may be something that will require further attention. Maybe you could check on this from your end??? It was a 8:15 reservation made Dec 30th in the am , cancelled Dec. 31St at 8 am by telephone message.

The reception was good - our room was ready "early" which was very much appreciated. The room itself was lovely, the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Christmas dinner buffet in the Mosaic room was somewhat dissapointing. Although the service was good, the food was not up to a standard that I would have expected for the price paid. (Poor quality prime rib, ham and turkey). The lighting in the room could have been a bit better/brighter (in the dressing area).

Good thing I brought my confirmation # etc. We were not registered??? We were taken care of within 15 minutes. The lady behind me in the lineup said not to worry - The Hyatt will take care of the mix up and they did. Very nice room. Great Location. I would stay there again.

The Staff were excellent. The Door Man was so kind and helpful. We didn't realize Ice Machines are not in this hotel. The staff explained they were out of order but actually they like to deliver it to your door so you can pay for it (via tip...but not problem, we were able to save it by putting in the freezer mini bar. The shower head is very unfriendly if you want to keep your hair dry...gee maybe your a woman and you just paid for a flat iron but you want to take a shower before you go out...hmmm? The shower head comes right out of the roof, go figure. Housekeeping should check all the drawers, we were left a yucky sandwich by previous guest...it was old enough to have turned green. I would like to see better lighting in the bathroom. Very hard to apply make up in 40 watt lighting. The coffee maker is made for single cups and weak but that is my problem for being old fashion and wanting a pot of strong coffee.

とてもきれいに清掃がしてあり良かったです。ホテルの方は親切で気持ちが良かったです。ただバスルームのシ- ャワーが日本人には上から出てくるタイプなのでむいていないように思います。 予約では喫煙ルームがあるように書いて有りましたがホテル全部が禁煙です。そこの所は予約のリクエストにて- 喫煙室が無いことを明記して欲しいです。

“We were meeting our daughter for a short holiday and wanted an apartment style hotel. The Landis was convenient to restaurants, shopping, tours, sightseeing. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Having a breakfast room was great as it meant we could just have our breakfast and get going.
