Location and the rooms I didn't like the fact that the gym did not have any cleaning supplies to wipe down the equipment and no hand sanitizer...this is a must with H1N1. |

Bottom pane of room window was broken and covered with a film. Hot water temp seemed to be regulated - I could not get the water hot enought to me liking. |

The staff was nice, cleaning of the room very good and in a very good position for the business centre of the city and metro stations Everything was ok and according to what stated in the presentation on booking.com |

The location was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and a comfortable urban style. I was able to access all of down town with out a vehicle, there was even an eligant church across the street where I could go pray. The fact that I did not get to stay longer because of my schedule. |

good location in the middel of downtown, friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast... i would recomend this hotel (better than Metropolitan Hotel which is in same price category) paying internet access (0,5$/min...)... |

The location of the hotel as it was close to all amenities including shops, restaurants and visitor attractions. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. The hotel swimming pool was small and very sparse for the standard of hotel. |

when i was looking to get booked into my room, the hotel did not have my reservation on their system, an we contacted booking.com an it took them at least 3 hours to send a email or a fax. |
