The upstairs townhome unit was conveniently located to both downtown Vancouver as well as great shopping and dining options in Granville. The townhome was spacious and comfortable, with a very nice open floor plan for the kitchen/living area and provided three separate bedrooms to accommodate our family. The value was excellent when considering all options for accommodations in the downtown Vancouver area. Although we were very respectful in our activities within the unit, the upstairs unit was apparently susceptible to creating unwanted noise to the downstairs unit. Also the skylight to double bed bedroom needs to have shade or curtain added to prevent early morning sunlight from waking up those sleeping in the bed.

It was clean, quiet, comfortable and private The bed was pretty close to the walls. We were OK with it, but I think some people might have some problems.

It was close to everything. We travelled with three couples. One of the couples had the 3rd bedroom skyroof room. Unfortunately there are no drapes or blinds blocking off the skyroof. As a result, the couple that sayed in that bedroom got no sleep for either night as their room was lit up the Christmas. When we asked the cleaning lady if there was a blind or a way to block out the light, she shrugged and told us we just needed to make do.

Close to town and meeting venue; close to family; good access to transit/shopping very comfortable bed/linens good kitchen equipment on the whole (no can opener or bottle/wine opener) nice neighbourhood great to have the coffee and oatmeal! Owners addressed an issue with the TV very promptly walking into the bedroom as the "entrance" some maintenance issues need to be addressed (kind of dingy/repairs not completed in bathroom/under stairs) found some garbage/wrappers under the couch/table when moving furniture - suite wasn't thoroughly cleaned before my arrival a couple of the "half 'n half" containers were "off" (one was solid and another curdled) very poor soundproofing between suites bedroom space was "tight" uneven tiled floor surface was "off putting" and cold/hard
