The city is clean everyone was friendly .

The staff stored rented bicycles for us with a smile. The wall behind the beds was welcoming with the iris wall paper.

Towels thin. Only two bath towels. Dark...

The hotel is located within easy walking distance to Parliament Hill, shopping and restaurants. Cabs were available at the door. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. Pool was great and the right temp. for swimmin laps.

There was no bar fridge in the room.

The location was great, as well as the staff.

Very expensive for what it offered. Everything in the room screamed of chepness, nicely packed in the words "eco-friendly". There were no robes in the bathroom, the towel handle was falling off, the remote control was not working too well, the coffee maker was a joke, the fridge was set up to such a high temperature that everything we put inside went bad. Even the water shower was set us to a low pressure. The notes about not asking for your sheets and towels to be changed as often "to save water and energy" just made me sick. Dust everywhere. Not to mention the inconvenience of the parking, which was way too far and if you came there between 9am- 4Pm, you could not find a parking spot.

It is close to the canal, sights, shopping, restaurants.

We liked the central location for getting around winterlude and the atmosphere at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable.

The noise level in the pool area was very loud. Maybe you need something to absorb or deaden the sound in the pool space.

Really liked the showers! Also the interior decor with the blue lighting was nice. We also enjoyed confederation Park for Winterlude,Indigo is just a stone throw from the Fun! Cant wait to visit again!

Room was very hot, even with the heat off could not get it cooled down. Staff at the hotel restaurant was terrible, providing very poor service. We sat waiting for drinks watching the waitress chat on the phone and with other staff members

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking wasn't as big an issue as others have made it out to be.

There was a chlorine smell in the dining area, which put us off eating there.

Very modern decor with excellent facilities and really comfortable rooms. Helpful staff on reception and nice bar/restaurant on ground floor. Good location with easy access to the canal front and to the centre of the city.

The hotel is ok, but located in a bit unsafe place especially for foreigners. When I arrived there in the evening, many gang-like boys and homeless people were coming and going on the street. Smell of marijuana in front of the hotel.
