Wonderful welcoming hosts with attention to detail in all aspects of hospitality to ensure the guest enjoys his/ her stay. Breakfast differs on a day to day basis and is always a treat. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Decor is elegant and comforting down to the china and utensils used at breakfast. Warm stunning wood burning fireplace in the living room. Very clean and in a great location to allow easy access to the city, downtown and the University. Exceptionally helpful hosts (Mike and Nancy) with detailed local knowledge and eagerness to assist to make one's stay comfortable and memorable. I would definitely recommend this B&B and would stay there again.

Very friendly hosts, interesting to chat with. I was made to feel very welcome and at home immediately upon arrival. Everything was exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfortable I wished I had gone to bed earlier! I felt like a queen at breakfast with a beautiful place-setting and delicious breakfast cooked just for me. While I ate, I enjoyed the scenery outside the large window in the dining room. I will definitely stay here again!

Very clean room and bathroom, though room was small. Comfortable bed. Nice TV on the wall. I believe the normal hosts were away (I am speculating based on the fact that the person who met us did not have the same name as either of the people referred to in other reviews, although nothing was said to us about the owners being away), but the couple who replaced them were not particularly warm or welcoming. In fact, the woman who served us breakfast did not even introduce herself. I did not get the sense that they were pleased that we were staying there; they showed no interest in us at all and did the bare minimum to meet their obligations.

Mike's attention to detail was great, the fireplace in the living room for a private evening on the couch was spectacular. Furthermore they made us feel special and upgraded the room. The shared washroom facilities, although there was no other guest there to use it, I can imagine if there were 3-4 people from two parties trying to use a washroom in the morning, could get complicated.

This is a great spot, close to the university and downtown London. The hosts are absolutely great. They provided friendly advice & breakfast was perfect! The bedrooms were nicely decorated and house was comfortable. Easy parking. Everything was perfect and the bedrooms had nice high end finishes and touches...but we'd recommend the bed pillows be upgraded as those were the only item that felt mid range & can make all the difference in a good nite's sleep.
