great outdoor hot-tub/heated pool overlooking mountains of Rocky Mountains front desk staff were surly and not especially helpful, we complained about sheet being ripped and the way the beds were made and managed to get staff to agree to change sheets but were told matter-of-factly that the way they made the beds was the way they made the beds. No apologies and did not feel valued or that our custom was important. |

The staff were quite helpful. We borrowed a playpen free of charge. Also, we were able to extend our stay by one day for the same rate that we found at booking.com Our room wasn't very clean. Also, the hotel is far from downtown, but it isn't a problem if it is summer and/or you are with a car. |

The price is reasonable. Indoor parking is available. It is just like any other hotels. Uneasy to find the room. It is like a labyrinth. The room is not cool enough in a warm day. Restaurants and shops are not within walking distance. |

It had everything. Restaurants, a massage spa. Hot tubs and a swimming pool. A nice gift shop and ski store. Our room had a balconey and a wonderful view of the mountains. Also our parking was on the ground level. It was great for any handicapped people. The staff were excellent. The bathtub was dirty with other peoples hair, a real turn off., Also the towels were in short supply. The other main thing was no air conditioning., We could also hear traffic and the train going by. Even with these little annoyances i think we would probably stay there again because the price is good and the staff were always smiling. Somethings you can overlook. |

Hotel staff friendly Overpriced and the facility stated having a pub but that was only open on Friday & Saturday nights from 8 p.m. onward. Also the shop closed at 11:30 a.m. Not everyone leaves the hotel early in the morning and also it would have been nice to go and have a nice quiet drink when arriving back to the hotel early evening, but the pub again was closed. |

close to shops, food, sites and highway. Quiet and nice view. I feel misled. We booked a room at Inns of Banff but were put at a smaller, less modern hotel next door. |

The location of the hotel. It did not have airconditioning. The table top fan was not adequate as the cord was too short to position it advantagiously. I was not comfortable leaving the patio door open all night and thus, found the room temp too warm. |
