Easy to get to and from for our trip which was to see a Blue Jays game

I found the price was high and did not offer a seniors discount.

This hotel is perfect for a city trip, it is very clean, and quiet. You are located about a five-ten minute walk to the Rogers Centre or ACC, with alot of restaurants across the road. You are also a fifteen minute walk to the Eaton Centre or a $10 cab ride away. I would highly recommend this hotel for the value, proximity, and luxurious rooms.

Our room was very good Large and comportable

They were renovating the bar/dining room area It closed at ten o'clock so returning from the theatre you couldn't go to the bar for a night cap. Had to call room service. Guest should have been notified ahead of booking. Hotel breakfast very busy understaffed ,poor service on the buffet,items not being topped up in a timely manner. Plates not being picked up from our table . No service to replace coffee or tea. Very disappointing for the cost of breakfast.

I liked everything, check in was fast and the hotel is beautiful, the staff is very efficient.

I think the price was high, I payed more than a lot of people I spoke with, that is the only thing that would stop me from coming back,

Location was perfect and help from concierge Callum was great. Breakfast buffet was also very good and room and bed was very comfy.

Nothing really except free wifi was not available and as we use the Internet intermittently the 24hour charge was not suitable and too pricey

We liked that we were offered a free upgrade to our room since we were returning clients. The 10 dollar breakfast buffet right in the hotel restaurant is a great value and convenient.

The cost of the parking was 4 dollars more than was listed on our confirmation print out.

Check in was slow and no signs to say where things were.

The receptionist had really bad attitude. I was on my trip looking forward for a good stay but they gave me terrible attitudes. I would not stay in toronto intercontinental anymore

The staff was absolutely amazing. Upon checking out, I left my camera in my room. Security contacted me right away and ran it down to me. Amazing service

The spa facilities, the mini bar, the keurig coffee, the helpful and friendly staff

The staff were very courteous to us and our stay was very relaxing. The newly renovated rooms were modern, yet very comfortable. We will stay here again and hope others enjoy this hotel as much as we did.

We could hear what our neighbours are few suites down the hall were doing...from our own room. Sound-proofing could be beneficial but the loud guests were extremely loud.

No piano bar. The Intercontinental should have a real piano player playing on a real grand piano at least during happy hour!

This hotel is amazing and the staff could not do enough for you,right from the valet thru to the bellman..the experience was one of the best we have ever had and we do a lot of travelling! I would highly recommend this hotel! It is very comfortable, clean and has a great atmosphere! The design is stunning as is the decor! We can't wait to stay there again! Great location!!!

they charged me parking and I did not have a car and had to go to front desk to get it corrected the restaurant buffet on sunday closes at 12 and checkout is 12- should not the buffet go to 1?

Staff were nice

Room looked dated - certainly the most run down Interncontinental we have ever stayed in. Also the coffee machine in our room didnt work, we phoned to report it and instead of offering us free coffee or anything they just said someone would look at it. I wouldnt recommend staying in this hotel, for the price, I am sure there are nicer in the area. And the internet was ridiculous like 13 dollars for 24 hours or something - more than most people pay in a month.

I liked the view (CN tower side) close to alot of different venues and upscale dining. Bed and pillows were very comfortable with a nice sitting area to enjoy the view

Great location for ACC.Knowledgeable staff.

We arrived at a quiet time to check in. I am glad we did because later there was a long line waiting for service at the desk.

I had 2 superior double rooms for 6 nights each. On day of departure i requested to keep one of the rooms till 2: 15 pm, Surprisingly i was allowed till 1:30 only. I think it was not a big deal for the hotel these extra 45 minutes for one of the rooms.
