Very accommodating, friendly and considerate staff. Comfortable and clean room with a great view. Great location. Pool was clean and a great addition to our stay. Love the kids check in and goodie bag.
Bed was a little too soft for our comfort. No robes in the room.
Close to every thing middle of downtown Toronto conected to the convention centre
That the rooms were to small for us as a family of five adults and tow children.
IHG member received compliment free wifi.
AC is too high in the hallway; The two beds in the room are not Queen size as I expected, they are twin size.
Enjoyed the dining experience and spa. The food and service was excellent both in the dining room and throughout the hotel.
My brother and I went to a Leafs game and Hockey Hall of Fame both within walking distance
Parking was expensive. $48 for a day and a half
Spacious, comfortable room at a great rate. Good location, easy parking. Circuit breaker blew for coffee maker in our room and staff came to fix it right away.
Reception and concierge staff are top notch and have a wonderful manner with children. Room 1216 was spacious, clean with an interesting city view. My niece and I loved the pool and whirlpool facilities with complementary towels. Fast room service and tasty breakfast options. Location is ideal for exploring the city via walking (the PATH) or transit (TTC).
Bathroom was clean but could use refurbishing. Not enough loungers around the pool.
The staff enjoy being there and that makes walking into the hotel a very warm and home like feeling. This does not just happen it must be created and it is evident every time I walk in the door!!
Good view, excellent service. The pool is hot tub and spa were perfect. good location for many events in Toronto
The courtesy and help of the staff. The doorman was very nice and always willing to help.
That WiFi wasn't included in the room rate. The rates are high and to not even include WiFi access was a huge disappointment!
clean and large rooms and bathrooms. Quite and very good location. Free WIFI
staff do not smile, slow and not too friendly. When I asked one of them about the room rate her answer was rude. Expensive with no breakfast.
The breakfast was very good. I enjoyed late check out and free internet since i was a priority club member.
The staff were not the friendliest, indoor pool had dirt in it and it was very busy. No kids channel, front desk didn't quite know which channels were for kids.
friendly staff, location, swimming pool and steam room, quiet and spacious room with a comfortable bed and fabulous view.
Not enough towels in room, limited coffee offerings, no water bottle. Would also have liked a coffee bar and newspapers delivered to room.
value for money, easy access to union station and downtown attractions, comfortable beds
construction along front street which wasn't the fault of the hotel but something to take note of, amenities smelled a bit too much like men's products for the ladies out there who might find that a problem
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, food was amazing from the local restaurant on site; unfortunately the Internet was not working at all. If you are a club member (which I am) you do not have to pay for the Internet, but if you are not it is around 20 dollars a day... So it would be unfortunate to pay for Internet you could not access. They give you a number to call but IT is not in on weekends and the woman could not fully figure out the problem. Besides that, the hotel was great! I've stayed many times and it's always a lovely comfortable experience
Internet was not functional
This hotel is clean and modern and the staff really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and appreciated. Free upgrades and special treats sent directly to our room. Everyone we passed spoke to us and welcomed us and wished us well in whatever we were doing.
Leaving the hotel after our stay.... Could have stayed there forever!
Hotel offered to switch room to a chemical free 12th floor... Too bad we had to go through the lobby and elevators full of chemical scent to get there. Damage was done.
To handle guest complaints of exhaust fumes from vehicles in parking garage below and from street level this hotel admin thought it was a good idea to pipe heavy fragrance through the ventilation system in the lobby to cover up the carbon monoxide fumes. My sister has severe allergies to chemicals and fragrance. She ended up in an oxygen mask, throwing up and was confined to her room. She missed the show she came to see. Not a very progressive organization. We are in an age where businesses are implementing fragrance-free work environments and this hotel chooses to pump chemicals in instead of fixing the ventilation problem. Very unsettling. I will never return.
This hotel was in a perfect location for our events for the weekend. It was close proximity to Roy Thompson Hall, great restaurants, and Union station. Our room had a beautiful view. All staff were extremely professional
The room had everything one needs away from home. The bed is so comfortable we slept well. The choices in the breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff very hospitable. I know my comment is all superlatives, but that's how we felt. Will definitely go there again.
Nothing we didn't like but rather a suggestion.... There should be Free WIFI even just at the lobby, I got a free wifi because I signed up to their Loyalty program.
close to roger center, cn tower, underground, bus station, train station, high quality hotel, great personal, everything ok
The short stay.
Convenience, comfort and friendly staff were the primary assets.
Parking was a little pricey.
the view was amazing, the room itself (once we got one that fit out needs) amazing and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond
the front desk staff one of them named Brandon was very rude and very unaccommodating. it ruined our whole stay
Great Breakfast Near many attractions
I did not get the room I had booked online. The one I got was ok but was not on the top floor.
