VEry Very dissapointed with the room given to us (family of 4). The room reeked. we checked in at 10pm and were given a room which shouldnt have been rented, due to the vomit that apparently had happened for over a week and we were told later on it was a mistake they let us stay in it. It was discussting. Not sure I will ever go back to your hotel at all. I must say we were a little cheated for the amount we paid.

Expected a 5 star. Looked more like a 3 star. I have been in better.

The hotel has high price for every small thing: Internet , parking. Needed to request additional shampoo and things like that as the hotel staff doesn't supply enough as default.

I love the location in the Old Port area. I can walk to many of the places I want to see and the Metro is close for transportation otherwise. The ambiance is upscale and the staff are very professional and helpful.

This time the food served by room service was average, when I have always found it to be excellent in previous visits.

the establishment does not live up to its name, the hotel is old, amenities are not available unless you ask for it, in-room fridge not stocked until two days later, breakfast area is small with even smaller varieties to choose from.

Large and quiet rooms

The hotel sold us tickets to the Grayline bus tour which was horrible. When we reported it to the hotel, they said there was nothing they could do but said they would give us another tour which didn't help since we were leaving that day. Disappointed the hotel which sold the tickets to us but couldn't help with refund.

Quality comfort of room. Male staff at street entrance to hotel highly efficient.

Staff elsewhere rather distant and almost casual. Most annoying was closure of bar at 11oclock and the clear wish of staff to be closed and out of there! No bar in room so not what would be expected in 5* hotel.

Reception rude . Unflexible on paying for room with card different to one booked with. My partner wanted to order flowers for my room but never got the opportunity to speak as he was cut off by Roxanne the receptionist. Porters were excellent though.

Close to old montreal and easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to location off route 10.

No jacuzzi in pool area. They have an outside deck off pool area that would be perfect for jacuzzi summer or winter with city views.

Loved everything. This was our second time there and it was better than the first!!!! Looking forward to coming again!!

The location is nice as it is close to the old city and the nice streets where you have all the restaurants.

The staff was not very nice , try to play domm , not very welcoming and doesn't have the required skills for a 5 star hotel.last time I stayed at Zero one ( which is like 3 stars ) but I enjoyed it much more.

Breakfast is good, location is good, easy to access into underground city, concierge is very nice.

not clean enough, bed sheets was not change in my entire stay (8 days), not serving water everyday, not serving shampoo and shower gel everyday, carpet was not clean.

Decor of the room. Comfortable bed and cleanliness level of the hotel. Hats off to housekeeping!

Mini bar was empty. It would be nice to have a selection of beverages (if even limited). Also the InnVue system is less user-friendly than On-Command; too many screen selections before your film.
