Beautiful hotel super close to Old Montreal! Walking distance to excellent brunch locations, cafes and dinners. Also in a good location to St. Laurent and shopping...
Gym was pretty small for a large hotel. Disrupted sleep due to sounds from other rooms, water system, ect.
Club well worth it for breakfast & happy hour. Larry made our experience fantastic.
All the staff were charming and cheerful and went beyond what you would expect. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well equipped, even scales to weigh yourself and more importantly luggage! A very good stay
lots of construction outside. not hotels fault but hard to sleep when construction starts so early.
Good location Nice river views Breakfast Salty swimming pool Super fast checkin and check out
Concierge desk area dark and depressing looking
Room was very nice, clean and very friendly staff. Would defineatly stay again!
The location was central to Old Montreal and dozens of great restaurants. The concierge staff was terrific, and the hotel room was the quietest I've ever been in.
The main lobby is on the second floor.
Coffee shop with great sandwiches & muffins downstairs.
Location, ambience, style and decor, comfort, food. ,
Staff. Disinterested in helping except for the bellman. He was absolutely fabulous.
Staff were helpful and the hotel was easily accessible to the old part of town.
The gym facilities need to be updated although it is good that it is open 24 hours per day!
Room lighting poor - room too dark. Not sure re need of television sound in bathroom - although TV muted still sound in bathroom
The location of the hotel is good, a lot of attractions are in walking distance (including a bus stop of the Hop-on hop-off Bus). Breakfast was good as well.
We booked a Deluxe Two Queen Room six months ahead and asked for a room at the upper level of the building. While the size and the equipment of the room itself was acceptable, it was on the lower level of the building with absolutely no view in a kind of courtyard. Thus the room was dark and uninviting. That's not what you expect booking a Deluxe Room.
This is a great hotel and well located
Almost everything is fine.
my room close to the building cooling fan,so that is the only bad thing during my stay.
Good location, decent facility.
The tax is not included in the quoted price, it would be 15%
we ask for a good view didn't get it.we went with another couple and ask for rooms side by side with reservations well in advance didn't get it.for the money should of got what we wanted.
The location and its connection to the Commerce Centre.
We didn't have any face cloths in our room and the furniture was very dusty. The 3 staff members we asked didn't know about the free shuttle to the casino but we figured it out ourselves.
Comfortable spacious rooms and spacious bathroom with all necessary things like shower and separate bathtub including good coffee and coffee maker, complementary mineral water.
Great location near Palais des Congrès, but also at walking distance from Vieux Montreal. Nice rooms, very clean. Breakfast all what you want. Even nice restaurant.
You have the best pillows ever made.
No free wifi. Quite minor.
Bellhop and Concierge were terrific
Shower had mold on the grout - I told the front desk & nothing happened. I left a note for Housekeeper and with the 2nd request, it was "sort of" cleaned. Wall paper in br was loose. Obvious dust in the bedroom. Had to wait ~ 15 minutes to check in.
Gurantee rooms for booking.com
After driving 650km they gave me the wrong room and told me they have none left I had to argue and talk to a manager
spacious room and comfort
-Some vending machines would have been nice, at least on one floor. -Breakfast in hotel, overly expensive.
