Close to old montreal and easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to location off route 10.

No jacuzzi in pool area. They have an outside deck off pool area that would be perfect for jacuzzi summer or winter with city views.

Loved everything. This was our second time there and it was better than the first!!!! Looking forward to coming again!!

The location is nice as it is close to the old city and the nice streets where you have all the restaurants.

The staff was not very nice , try to play domm , not very welcoming and doesn't have the required skills for a 5 star hotel.last time I stayed at Zero one ( which is like 3 stars ) but I enjoyed it much more.

Breakfast is good, location is good, easy to access into underground city, concierge is very nice.

not clean enough, bed sheets was not change in my entire stay (8 days), not serving water everyday, not serving shampoo and shower gel everyday, carpet was not clean.

Mini bar was empty. It would be nice to have a selection of beverages (if even limited). Also the InnVue system is less user-friendly than On-Command; too many screen selections before your film.

The location was fantastic - we parked in the hotel garage (extra cost) and walked the city for 2 days. Easy to get to anywhere from this hotel by foot. It cost more than what I usually pay however you have to pay for the location and the excellent service.

Great location. Concierge was very helpful. Seemed very secure - need a key card to use the elevator to the room. Was very quiet.

Asked for a room with a view but didn't get one. Could see very little but a brick wall out the window. Only got a sliver of a view. The lighting in the room was horrible. Almost needed a flashlight to see anything - especially at night.

Our room.was elegantly designed and furnished, well-equipped and spacious, The staff were very helpful and quite friendly. The breakfast buffet and omelette station were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and would choose the hotel for another stay.

1. At check-in, the desk should give instruction on how to use the key cards in the elevators. It took our party a while to figure out how to get to our floor. 2. Menus for the restaurant and bar cafe are printed on dark background patterns that make them difficult to read in low light.

This was our second time at the Intercontinental Montreal and our 5th stay with Intercontinental hotels. I have always found these hotels to be very upscale and luxurious. This hotel is located close to Notre Dame cathedral and Old Montreal. It is about a four block walk to St. catherines. We only used the car once and that was when we went to the Biodome. So far this is my favourite hotel in Montreal.

No free Wifi in our rooms. In this day and age this does not make any sense especially for business travellers. I can get Wifi at Subway but not at a high end hotel. Also the pool shouls be open longer. I would also complain about the parking costs but they are consistent with the rates in Montreal.

I liked how close to the Vieux-Port the hotel was. The crib and baby bathtub provided upon request were wonderful and many thanks to the hotel. Good view of the city.

It's design is too complicated. It took about 4 different elevators to get to our room from the parking lot downstairs. Even getting out onto the street from our room with a stroller was complicated. The hotel uses the 9th to 11floors underground of parking in the facility. That's way down. A lot of elevators between u and the lobby and your room. What we thought was a nice complimentary bottle of water set out for us on the table upon arrival was in fact a 7 dollar bottle! It would have been a nice gesture to make it complimentary given the price of the room.

The distance to the parking and lack of facility in locating either it or the way into the hotel once one was parked. One should be able to self park and get into the hotel more comfortably and simply. The television was difficult to work, it took awhile to figure out and with few English stations. The ridiculousness of such things as 7.50$ for a bottle of water. We bought 2 of the same brand and size for 4.00$ at the depanneur. It is an insult to one's intelligence. We went to sit on the roof top garden but it was not clean or well set up so we did not stay but we had a nice swim in the salt water pool..

Classy hotel in the center of Montreal with good facilities.

they lacked staff at the checking counter. There was one lady for 20 clients.

Probably the worst, don't care service I ever experienced at any Intercontinental (or any other) hotel.

The location was great . Room very clean and bed comfy. Breakfast was amazing
