Staff friendly, good location , convenient parking , good functional hotel
they are updating
Beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Clean, great air conditioning and we couldn't believe how quiet it was.
Noise level at nights from air conditioning system
Excellent hotel in general, very good breakfast and good restaurants around.
A little old in some places
I would have preferred to have been told that a deposit would be required if I was paying with interact before getting to the hotel. As well as being told that housekeeping had to check the room before I could get my deposit back.
I found the hotel very quiet and mellow.
I stayed on a bank holiday and only had 1 place to eat.
1.Closeness to Pearson Intern't Airport 2. Airport Shuttle Service offered great service 3. Quiet room with very comfortable bed 4. Swimming pool large enough for lane swimming exercise 5. Ample breakfast included with room charge 6. Friendly staff
Room was clean Staff was friendly. Free wifi Cable Really comfy bed
Was a bit far from where I was going (I was going to downsview park for Veld music festival) Was told we would have a soundproof room but we heard music blasting from a party somewhere until 3 in the morning, it was at the point that you could feel things vibrating... Until 3 in the morning...
Regular buses from airport, pool, Starbucks in lobby
the beds were very comfortable which was great cause my wife and i have back issues. the staff were helpful and they are pet friendly. what more could I want!
Elevators were first rate - quick and quiet. The room was nice, and clean. Slightly musty smell, but at least the window opened - it aired out quickly, and was fine after that. Beds were some of the best we have slept on. Slides at the pool were great. Pool was nice too - good depth for younger users. Starbucks was a nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good. Overall a good experience.
The worst hotel I have ever arrived at by car. NO clear place to park your car while checking in - not very welcoming! Signs for how to exit the back of the parking lot covered in bushes. Hours of the slides at the pool are far too limited. No towels at the pool, so we had to go back and get some from our room. No where near enough seating at the pool (+ some guests being towel/chair hogs). Pool area a little rough around the edges (peeling paint, splash pad inoperative). Shower in room - forget about it if you are over 6' tall. Many small details missed - it would not take much to have this nice hotel go downhill quickly unless management steps up and pays attention to the details!
Great price. Love the location, bar and Starbucks
I stayed on the 12 floor. Doors look dated and wall paper was peeling. The floor showed it age.
I requested a fridge but I got no feedback. Although, a fridge should be in the room by default.
Breakfast Small beds They charge for parking $14 per day!
Parking problem, not properly clean toilet, invoice mistake when checkout..
This is the second time I've stayed here with my boys for a hockey tournament. The staff are friendly and helpful the kids loved te pool and water slides. Beds and pillows were very comfy! I do t usually sleep well at hotels but I did both times here.....the plains are barely noticeable.
The only problem I had at this Hotel was with breakfast. I was told it ran until 11am, and it was closed by 10:53am.
Delicious breakfast Spacious room Excellent value for the money
No refrigerator in the room
* Staff very pleasant and helpful. * Lots of choices to go eat within walking distance. * Room clean and comfortable, good size. * Shuttle service easy to access and on time. * Very close to airport
* Airplanes regularly flying by overhead - more noticeable during the night. * Room needed a few cosmetics - would benefit rooms to have fans installed in the bathrooms.
The service. The staff. The price. The food.
The room has no mirrors . The bathroom has really low showers and I am not a very tall person. 5'11' The worst thing I found was the toilet paper holder is right beside your arm when you use it, and the counter is way too wide for the size of the bathroom. More room around the toilet. Last but not least, the fact that you charge for the parking lot is really sad, specially because the pavement is in really bad condition. Next time I go to Toronto I will check your deals, and I hope that you offer a straight deal that includes a free nice parking lot with trees perhaps and nice looking pavement and that your deal include the breakfast as well. I ended paying 160 dollars at the end instead of 89, I am sure there are other hotels close to that price(160) that can offer what I am looking for. That is my honest opinion.
I love that the hotel was close to public transportation and it was easy to get to downtown Toronto.
The ugly chair in the hotel room. lol
My room was a mess and had stuff all over the floor and washroom. More then 3 times a housekeeper didn't knock on the door before entering. towels had makeup on them. I received a noise complaint from by room when i only had 4 people in there just talking before going to bed, when meltable people were yelling in the hall way. Therefore it was not the people i was with.. myself and friends are very unhappy and will not come back again unless someone could talk to me about this.
