Location was very good. Very close to the subway station, supermarkets, drugstores etc. There were many hair from the former person left on the floor. Also, breakfast was poor. |

It was convenient for the subway (5 mins walk) and the room was comfortable. The staff were not very friendly, at reception or at breakfast. The room was smaller than we expected. |

Hotel fits in many categories as I put above and it is a very nice place for the guests.Location is excellent and the suit we have had was much bigger than expected from the previous visitors comments. A bit noisy at the night, a bit warn out bathroom which in top of all was not cleaned properly but over all - very good. as mentioned above...but the coziness of its architecture and design plus its friendly athmosphere surpluses the minor inconveniences ( of course it is an individual opinion, some people might be turned off by noise or semi-cleaned washbasin ;-(( |

I liked the hotel's friendly and helpful staff. They were friendly, helpful and interested in helping you have a good time in their city. The room was smaller than I expected from the picture on their website, but it was clean and comfortable. |

The staff was excellent and most helpful, from the gentleman who was there when I checked in and helped me with transport options, to the ladies at the Gabby's restaurant downstairs.. most cheerful, helpful, yet not intrusive. Great Job!! Rooms are small, with no space for deak and chair, so a WiFi internet connection would be nice to compensate for lack of working space. The wired connection is not practical with the wire running across the room. |

The best thing about this hotel was value for money. It was inexpensive, clean, nicely decorated (modern), had friendly staff and felt neither pretentious or scummy - just right! Also, it was close to everything downtown, about a 30 minute walk to the Eaton centre and less than a 5 minute walk to the closest subway. |

The breakfast include in the price is a nice +. The Gabby`s restaurant donwstairs has good pub type food. The staff was very friendly except a woman who was rude and impatient when ask questions. The room is very small. |

It is a very quaint, comfortable little hotel. It does not have LARGE rooms, but there is plenty of room. I was upgraded because of over-booking, and the parking place I requested was available for me. |

One wall of plugs did not work, and no one would fix the problem, so we just to move the tv as well as we could, and there were no curtains on the window so we had to put cushions and a bedspread in the windows, plus three was no parking, had to haul our luggage a couple of blocks |
