Friendly staff and comfortable beds and pillows

Sprawling building - lots of walking to find room

The room was altogether lovely. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Everything felt new, including the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and free parking was convenient. Location was ideal for me as I was visiting family and this hotel was just a few blocks down the street from them. Would definitely stay there again, especially for the price special that was available during my visit.

Just one thing, I requested a wakeup call at 5:00am and cab at 5:30am to take me to the airport. However I only got the cab call at 5:30am, no wakeup call. Needless to say I was upset about that having to rush around while the cab waited for me.

We like the quiet atmosphere and the absence of guests coming and going. It is peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and the grounds are lovely. It is also close to the university where our son attends school.

In the older bulding the rooms are small.

I like the location, peaceful atmosphere, free parking, coffee machines, comfortable bed and bath, cleanliness.

could not connect wifi on samsung galaxy 2. Ordered room with tub, got shower.

Your hotel gave us good comfort in the room and allowance to drink coffee free in the hotel.

Although there was a wedding, the staff was careful to place us in a room far from the event, allowing us to relax and not be bothered by any incidental noises. The bed was comfortable and the shower roomy.

It was a bit difficult to find our way around at first, but the staff was very helpful.

Customer service and how welcome they make you feel. Additional beverages and snacks were a bonus for us.

I liked the layout, the helpful staff went out of their way to accommodate an early arrival.

I've stayed at the Ivey Spencer on a few occasions, simply due to their attention to detail, masterful and understanding staff and the amenities echo those of a fine hotel where one would expect to pay considerably more for the services rendered. Admittedly, on my most recent visit dated June 21/22, 2012, workmen continued their chores past 6 pm; however, when I called the front desk, my 'problem' was handled immediately and further by a followup call. Soon,Ii am moving from Ontario,and unfortunately, there is no link in the chain near me. Further, I recommend Ivey Spencer to anyone, even those as 'picky' as I.

Cleanliness, helpful staff, food was great. We were in London for a hospital visit on May 25th, 2012, we will be back May 29th, 2012, for my wife's surgery on Tuesday. Will certainly recommend to friends, in fact I already have.+

It was a surprise knowing the hotel would be attached to a school.

Tout, c'est impeccable. Le buffet matinal est impressionnant. C'est d'une propreté irréprochable et le personnel est d'une grande courtoisie.

Lovely, parklike location. Quiet and close to University of Western Ontario. Friendly and helpful staff. Very restful beds and modern updated decor.

Long drive through the dark once you entered the property to get to the reception area. Also long walk to our room from reception, but the peace and quiet was worth the drive and walk!

The grounds were lovely. There was a feeling of privacy within and outside of the centre.

The rooms were a bit smaller than I would have expected however they were extremely clean and comfortable!

The quiet, calm environment and sense of retreat. It's the only place to stay for us in London.
