Great location and facilities, very friendly staff.

It was a great location on the Athabasca River yet close enough to walk to Jasper. It was excellent value for our money and I would definitely stay there again!

We had a cabin right beside the Athabasca river. Saw a bear in the morning. very comfy and great facilities like kitchen.

I like the location where is not far from downtown and also there is the Athabasca river behind the place.

The wi fi is not working all around the area :(

Fantastic location on the Athabasca River, great mountain views, very relaxing and a wonderful place. Restaurant was very good and very reasonable!!

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful scenery,close to town and all the amenities.

Food at the on-site resturant was very good, However, our last night we waited an hour and a half to get our dinner because there was a tour group being served. I 'm sure they were aware that the group was booked ahead of time, so why not have some extra staff in place? Otherwise , very good.

The location on the river bank just outside jasper was perfect - quiet but still accessible. The cabin was cosy and The hearing efficient for a quick burst in the evening. Well equipped and good housekeeping. Even though our cabin was close to the road it was still very quiet at night. Had we booked on advance we could have had a river view but all in all a good experience especially given the choice in our price range

As mentioned by others the Internet was sporadic but what do you expect in Cabins in the countryside? Given the space in Canada the cabins were a bit closer together than might be expected and privacy from the driveway was limited by using our curtains!

Internet connection didn't work very well in bungalow 20, was ok nearer reception but no good in the bungalow

too small for an executive suite therefore no good cost-performance ratio, there was no dishwasher available

I liked the location. It was easy to get to any activity.

I didnt like that they had said that they had wifi and in reality it was very difficult to get or even stay on. I would not have booked the hotel if I knew. The desk staff tried to help,however, when complaining to the manager, he said we could check out if we were unhappy and go into town and was ver rude.

Our unit was right by the river and so peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Our stay was very relaxing.

Not a well equipped kitchen therefore difficult to cook.Not very clean ie needs to be dusted at least once a year.we also stayed in a semi detached and it was very noisy in the morning with kids running around cupboards banging etc.The unit also shared hot water so we did not have hot water in the morning.Beds were uncomfortable.

- location by the Athabasca river was fantastic - the cottage was in an area that was isolated - lots of trees - across the river was a great view of the Rockies - the Executive cabin was nice - roomy with a kitchenette and private balcony - excellent for a private couple - area was quiet - very close to the town of Jasper

- the shower in the Executive cabin needs to be upgraded - shower was not executive grade

Clean and well organized. We had family with us and three rooms and everyone was in agreement-outstanding and would certainly come back.

We have enjoyed a well equipped, clean, well maintained & spacious suite. The location is outstanding situated next to the Athabasca river offering a highly enjoyable combination of a nature resort & a convenient location adjacent to the town of Jasper.

Wi Fi was not really available in our bungalow. It was available in the resort's lobby.
