Everything, we love it there!
We loved these accommodations but didn't fully realize that the accommodations were not private and did misunderstand what 3 bedrooms meant. It wasn't horrible just not what we expected
No private bedrooms but with the right folks in the group it doesn't matter but it should be made even more clear on the ad selection - I missed it so Im sure others do too.
It was more rustic and quaint then our usual accommodation, will go back I'm the summer, a nice walk to town
Room was a bit small, thought we were getting a cabin
Nice to have a fireplace in the cabin
Decor needs updating and brightening up.
The cabin looks pretty from the outside and we loved the wooden stove
We personally think it's too expensive, the cottage was small and the equipment was basic. If we compare this with our other hotels/B&B's/cabins during our 3-week trip in Canada it's not worth the price. You pay for the location: close the Jasper town
We loved the location of this site. The outlook was amazing. Great amenities on site.
The size of the lodge for 3 adults was not quite big enough, ideal for 2adults and a child
Peaceful and quiet. Close to town and other activities. Staff were exceptional
Staff were very polite. The cleanliness was top-notch. The included breakfast buffet was wonderful.
When the room with twin beds was booked, nothing was mentioned about the fact that it would be up a steep flight of outside stairs or that the large activity room would be unavailable to us as it would be used exclusively by a group of artists.
we were a group of four and booked a family cabin, definitely too small; compared to other accomodations was the price too high; we've got disconnected to the WiFi several times each day and had to reconnect; no refill of toilet paper and towels - we had to go to the front desk
I loved the relaxation. The peace and serenity. Staff were awesome.
The sofa bed not real comfortable for sleep. we improvised and put couch cushions under the mattress. That helped a lot. A bit pricey.
the staff was very nice and as helpful as they could be considering their experience
location and the resteraunt , the food and its staff .
On the top of the premises there are relax chairs with a beautiful scenery over the river. Very cosy interior.
Quiet location with lovely views of Athabasca River. Breakfast available on site. Squirrels
Cabin could do with updating
Wood cabin, real log fireplace, countryside feeling, that's all it has.
Too small for a 5 people family. Facilities are not well matintained, the hot water tap got broken when I try to turn it off at the first time.
Small room - only one chair for 2 guests
Great Location Friendly staff - receptive to needs Nice set-up of cabins Quiet Quaint
Relatively expensive Our cabin was very outdated Extremely small kitchen and bathroom
Beautiful location, very quiet and serene.
Booking did not accurately reflect the actual room. The pictures indicate single cabin, but our room ended up being upstairs in a lodge. It was very small, but adequate. However, I feel the advertisement was misleading, and at least the lodge accomodation should be mentioned/shown for the room booking.
The cabin was on excellent location with scenic refers meeting
Everything looked ok
The cabins were comfortable and felt like you were away from it all. The on site restaurant was the best meal we had.
Location, value for money, views, setting. Small bathroom but excellent shower.
Bed could have been bigger (but it was comfortable). Breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. Large free-standing air-con unit very noisy if needed (fortunately when we were there we didn't)
Very quiet and plenty of space for the kids to run around. Easy to access mountain bike trails or walk. Woke one morning to find an elk peering in our window !! Perfect place for our couple of night stopover in Jasper. Cabins are cosy and homely. Perfect.
Excellent location near Jasper town centre, but very quiet with glorious outlook from the terrace over the river.
The smoke alarm kept on going off when we had a log fire. A small microwave would have been a useful addition.
Peaceful atmosphere Fantastic Location
We were under the impression that we had booked a cabin. Upon arrival this was not so. We did receive a cabin for more money, but were very disappointed in this. We are not the only ones this has happened to.
Log fire Old fashioned style Wifi worked Had a cooker, fridge, sink, coffee maker etc
No TV Have to pay extra for more firewood Pricey Small bathroom
The location is great. The cabins are pretty well maintained and where perfect for what me and my friends needed.
The price was a little steep. Breakfast wasn't included and was $16.95 for a breakfast buffet.
