I was extremely dissapointed in how much I got for what I paid. The rooms were very dingy and did not make me feel comforatable. The shower head was so low down I couldn't even stand under it without having to bend Down. Very dissapointed only because spending 160 bucks for one night in a hotel I expect alot better..

Staff are very professsional and acomodating,the little things are free,the breakfast was very well done for a continental breakfast.Rooms are clean,pillows fluffy and amenities of good quality...would stay again no question.stayed at the Dilworth Inn previously,what a mistake that was,avoid the |Dilworth and pay the little bit extra for the Kelowna Inn.

I like the location, the rooms, nice bathtub, the pool/hot tub. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful. I used to use the Kelowna Inn for mostly business because it had fridge, microwave, good desk set-up and lots of room and excellent price. Since renos the rooms are nicer but there are no microwaves and desk set-up not so convenient and less room. I do not use the Inn for business anymore as it is not so user friendly for long stays and spending lots of time in room. I do come for leisure trips though because rooms are nice and pool/hot tub great.

Location is great. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Excellent value for your money. We brought along our pets and the room was excellent for a pet room. Have not had great pet rooms in the past. We will certainly stay at this hotel again.

It was comfortable and the location was convenient to the highway. We had some lights out in the bathroom upon arrival and went to see if they could be replaced. They gave us the only light bulb they had and said they would leave a note for the other one with maintinence but 3 days later it still had not been replaced. Breakfast was adequate but the opening time of 7:30 am is really to late for travellers or buisiness people who have to be on the road early in the morning.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. Rooms that could accomodate the group of us and continental breakfast. The room was a bit dark and the smell of cigaret smoke from people smoking right outside the room.

Location to other son's hotel - They have to start looking at the sheets with stains a little carefully. Throw them out if they are soiled. - the cafeteria - the girls supposing to wrok in that area, did not fill the yogurt, and clean the tables. they were in the back . - fridge did not work

I like the cleanliness of the room & we stayed in a loft which is nice when travelling with another couple. There is the sence of separate rooms. I like the location, close to shopping & I didn't find it too noicy being next to the main highway. I would definately stay there again. They could use new beds or at least flip the matteress as there was a definite slope to the side of the bed.
