Room was good size Ideal for anyone wanting to walk into Lindsay
Beds! Their mattresses are the finest quality. Rooms appointed beautifully.
The soap disintegrated easily in the shower. Otherwise, the place was perfect.
Every thing they have taken care of every little need of a customer.
Great beds and very clean room. Our room was at the back and very quiet. The WiFi was fast and I was able to work without difficulty. Lovely decor and bedding.
With 2 visitors staying for 2 nights there should have been at least 4 shampoos. There was only 1 in our room. We would have liked a comfortable chair for watching TV.
While the room was small it was well appointed, the bed comfortable, adequate parking and the desk and cleaning staff friendly and efficient.
Bathroom shelf fell off a couple of times but would not stop giving the inn a thumbs
Located very close to the family members I visit. This is my second stay; both rooms were great. Nice and clean and staff are very courteous and friendly.
The staff was very friendly, polite, and absolutely wonderful to deal with. We would definitely stay again.
We booked a good number of our wedding guests into the Kent and there were no complaints. It is close to the church and the reception allowing everyone to walk. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Will stay here when in the area again.
I like the family feel
There were two water bottles provided in the mini-fridge, however, both were unsealed. The room also smelled strongly of bleach.
Queen size beds and the big room with a couch and table and chairs coffee machine.
Cleanliness Recently renovated room Friendly and accommodating staff Location close to downtown restaurants
Wifi was poor
The location was really ideal because it was close to where my son is rooming. We didn't have far to go for shopping or nice restaurants. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. The bath and shower were exceptionally clean.
I wish I would have phoned the Inn directly when making my reservation. Then, I could have spoken to someone regarding accessibility. There were only a few suites on ground level parking. The rest were in a separate building. That being said I would stay again, but only in one their accessible rooms.
Gracious host, Cozy room, fairly quiet surroundings. I had a great rest, was able to regenerate in order to continue my travels.
69 yrs and had to climb stairs my mom offered another room at same price but made me(the mom) feel patronised and i said no i would do the stairs i had to carry all luggage as my son is recovering from a should operation and it was a chore .
Staff very friendly & helpful
Bathroom towels were threadbare.
This small motel uses every bit of space to it's fullest advantage! The cozy room was so clean and comfy!
It was quiet (except for the guests leaving in the very early morning-unavoidable.)
The placement and noise of the air conditioner, which understandably is unavoidable. The bathroom was rather small.
very comfortable and clean
everything was fine
Location was good and the room was clean.
Hallway and room smelled musty. Bed had some saggy spots. The water/pipe noice from the room behind was completely unacceptable. This hotel is not worth the money it cost.
Room was small but clean. It was surprisingly quiet for being so close to city centre.
Very clean, quiet.
The beds were very comfortable, the room was extremely clean, great value for your money.
The owners, Priti and Chris, were very hospitable. The queen beds were exceptionally comfortable. Lots of small things like free bottles of water, Keurig coffee, extreme cleanliness, everything that large chains provide. Since we were 3 senior women, they gave us a large room with 2 queens and a sofa bed. Décor had some nice touches.
The building is not accessible and the steps are very high. There is no continental breakfast.
Very clean rooms. Beds were comfortable, washroom was small but very clean. Tim Hortons was a short walk as was downtown Lindsay. The motel was recently renovated so we enjoyed our stay.
WiFi was slow
