1. Bedding blanket on bed nearest the door had a spill/stain on it. 2. The plumbing can be heard through the walls if you are a light sleeper.

the bed spread had urine stains in 4 areas ,no hand towels,no shampoos toilet made a loud nosie after flushing.

The Wifi is broken on the night we went

The staff was friendly, knowledgable, approachable, and eager to help. It is walking distance to the falls and other sights. It is budget friendly and worth the cost. The balcony is great for smokers and those who just want to sit outside and chat.

The rooms are outdated. The sheets are not made mostly of polyester and have low thread count so it feels a little rough on the skin and does not allow the skin to breathe. There is no elevator. However it is only a three level walk up. It would not be good for handicapped or those who have difficulty with stairs.

We were shown a couple of rooms and were able to choose the one that best suited us. Our room was VERY clean! :) The room had a mini-Keurig coffee machine in it, as well as a small fridge. There was no shampoo or conditioner, but we had brought out own. The owner was very pleasant. It was an easy walk to the casino, and the conference centre that we were visiting. I would definitely consider staying here again.

we booked 3 rooms and all were very clean. The owner and staff were very accomodating, friendly and helpful. This motel was far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet so very close at the same time. We will definately be staying here again.

not infant friendly no playpens/cribs made for a real long nite for us and our one and a half year old.

Decor, furniture and bedding are very outdated. I found bug bites on my body in the morning, which led us to question the sanitary standard there.

This place was super clean and quiet. The staff were friendly. Really enjoyed our stay! Will be coming again...

It was a nice-sized room with a coffee maker, queen bed, nice bathroom, and TV. The actual place was nice too.

Parking was tight. There were only a few channels on the TV. It was impossible to get the room at a nice temperature.

Its good in general for quick visit (1 day) because its not a hotel.

Staff very friendly, room very clean. Not many channels on TV and no extras in bathroom (such as shampoo, etc.) but well worth the money. Very clean and comfortable. Great location.

The appeal of the hotel

The aggressivness of a person of the staff at reception it was not at 15 min walking distance from the clifton hill street and falls, it was instead 25 min!

The staff were very helpful and nice.

The hotel is within walking distance of the falls in a quiet location. Wifi worked good enough in the evening, but unfortunately was gone in the morning. Bed and bathroom were OK. Good coffee in the room.

Was close to everywhere you needed to be. Staff were excellent and always willing to help and advise . Housekeeping were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them, management couldn't do enough for you and there was always someone looking after the place day and night, so always felt secure, would recomend it to anyone.

Walking distance to Niagara Falls and places to eat and shop.

Wi-Fi was not easy to connect to and stay connected to. Person who checked me in made me aware of this. Something they are going to work on.
