Liked the friendliness of the staff, the location, and the waffles. I got a little list on the way over because the street wasn't marked as obviously as I thought it would be and had to ask for directions.

- Location - WIFI-Internet connection - Did not receive any answer to the request for the journey from airport to the facility (Email-request 2-3 weeks in advance) - windows partly covered with a board partition - windows not to open - shower in inacceptable conditions (faucet demolished, shower head blocked, gurgler extemporaneous, tiles white painted, generally moldy) - air condition/ventilation manky - electric cable ad-lib repared - breakfast very, very poor !

The staff was friendly. I'm fairly certain our group was too late but no one seemed to care. The room was not cleaned properly. There were crumbs in the drawers and the top of the nightstand was sticky like drinks had been spilled. They are lacking in resources - ice machine, toiletries. We had to get a hair dryer from the front desk. Also taxi drivers refused to drive us back to that area at the end of the night because it's not a busy area.

Location really near Younge st La douche : l'eau ne s'écoulait pas correctement donc les pieds baignaient dans l'eau usagée pendant la douche. Même le soir où le lendemain, il y avait encore de l'eau stagnante. J'en ai parlé mais rien n'a changé, même quand elle faisait le ménage elle ne pensait pas à évacuer l'eau de lavage

Location, close to Dundas square and Yonge street, Internet Small and badly equipped room: bad bed, old half-broken tub, no lamp, no telephone, no fridge, no drawer or closet etc. Small hotel in general: no lounge (breakfast area was kind of lounge), the computer keyboard for common use was really dirty, no shower gel and no hairdryer in the bathroom, no heating in the room. Poor breakfast with low-quality food.

Pleasant staff; clean room, beds, linens & bathroom; bright bathroom; great price. The plastic film on the windows instead of curtains or blinds, the towel rack fell off the wall when I hung up the towel & there was no remote for the TV.

I came to Toronto to enjoy a concert. The Knights Inn is a nice walking distance to the acc (even in February). I was looking for a clean safe place to rest my head, that was affordable. The Knights Inn keeps it simple my queen room had a comfy clean bed, bathroom n clean towels. I didn't ask for more and I didn'T. My only issue with my experience was with booking.com. The Knights Inn quickly corrected it. Booking.com didn't complete my booking, but with my printed off record it was smooth and simple, Knights Inn kept it professional.

Location is good service is good breakfast provide. No heat could be felt cold room. Changed 3 times for a slightly warmer room hiding fee: $15 parking fee added when arrived. Very small room, no microwave, no fridge. Poor bath room, no tub, no place for towers.

I thought the staff were absolutely excellent. Really friendly, helpful and made me feel at home The room was very small and was either boiling hot or freezing cold!
