The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was updated and clean as well.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The funny smell in the hallway. Definitely walking to you room makes you feel like you're probably in the worst place... But once u get into your room everything seems ok. Changing carpets would be ideal.
As I was in Kamloops, one of my friends suggested me that I should once in a while get a sneak-peek of this hotel, knights inn, this is not just a hotel but a new definition of leisure.I Had booked a Superior Queen room through Booking.com, the features of this wonderful room are pretty good and especially renovated room, but that's not all it has a view of the mountains embracing the clouds and also a beautiful view of the river. They ensured my room was immaculate as I stayed for 1-day and the staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was very comfortable in all ways.
Honestly I love this place, new upgrades are fantastic. Beautiful location, large rooms, comfy beds, nice staff (helped me in my luggage), close to all amenities, and centrally located so very convenient. Overall, a good place. For sure, I will come back and stay.
room was large.bed was comfortable.view was very nice.
breaskfast was toast or dry cereal and coffee.
The cleanliness of the room and comfort. It had a new room smell, as if perhaps it just had a new carpet installed recently! Large tv was included although I never used it. Wi-fi supplied with room, excellent
The only thing I didn't like was walking down the hallway smelling the odor of currie in the hallway. It almost smelled as if someone was cooking with currie in their room and it wafted to the hallway, although my room was void of odor.
Black stained towels and cloths. MANY large grease stains on the duvets. Entire hallway covered in stained carpet. Crooked doors with huge gaps. No king bed judt queen, the "view" was a parking lot. No elevator! This was a filthy nightmare!
It was in a convenient location, I was traveling.
Upgraded to King room with view, excellent location, nice clean rooms, staff vey accommodating, specially with all my luggage, friendly with all my questions, thanks to Naginder, Jaswinder & Harman for making my extended stay comfortable.
The wifi was always available all through my one month stay
The balcony was spacious and easily accessible, the size of the suite was very good.
The aged furnishings and fixtures, the "Fun house" slope to the floor and the general air of poor building maintenance.
The staff were able to book us into the same room we had on a previous stay. The room has many updates to it including new flooring and upgraded bath room fixtures. Great views of the downtown and the north shore of Kamloops. We will definitely stay here again.
There was a chemical smell which I believe may have been a the curing of some of the adhesives used in the bath surround. We only noticed it in the bathroom and leaving the bathroom fan running lessened the smell. We didn't notice it in the rest of the suite we were in.
view very good.
access for handicap.
Stayed with Friend, Spacious room with excellent view, LED tv, Good wi-fi, Close to all amenties and nice staff. Enjoyed my overall stay.
No carpets. Very nice laminate floors. Updated bathroom.
Sheets kept coming off corners of mattress.
The room was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Couldnt have asked for better for the price
Couldnt comment on the breakfast
We were given a room close to the disability ramp which made my trip better because I use either a walker or cane. Our room was again non-carpeted which we prefer and was again a nice quiet room.
Had a problem with contacting the front desk because our phone wouldn't work.(I had want help logging on to the internet.) The staff member attempted to fix the problem but it was a problem with the phone line which he was not able to fix. Wasn't an issue we didn't need help after that time as the help getting on the internet was addressed by the same staff member.
room were large with excellent view. bed was comfortable.
had to ask for coffee each day. floor was not very clean.
Clean room, good signal Wi-Fi, convenience entrance (close to the room), free breakfast, LCD TV with one movie channel, kids channels and other cable channels.
You can tell that's older building. Other than that all was fine. Later I stayed in Vancouver and free breakfast there were cold bagles, muffins and donuts on first come first serve basis. This breakfast was fine: cereals (3 types) with milk for kids, toasted bread, jam peanut butter, butter, coffee.
I did not like anything
The beds were comfortable and overall our suite was nice.
The was an odour which hit us every time we entered the room, we felt it was related to lack of deep cleaning, as well as poor ac maintenance.
polite front desk staff, very spacious rooms with air conditioning, centrally located, excellent view of the area, relatively good price, wi-fi available.
The hotel needs maintenance especially the rear stairwell to second floor of the building was NOT well maintained. Cheap continental breakfast with no variety, no kitchen, hallway carpets were not very clean and had lots of stains on it.
Location was easy to find and the view was quite nice
It was dirty and the staff was rude, there were used needles outside the back entrance, they refused to take the additional fee for having my small dog off of my credit card because it would "cost them a small fee" so I has to walk two blocks to an atm machine to take out cash. Also the bill was suppose to be, 79.99 plus taxes (that was including the pet charge) and in the end I paid 115.00, for that price I could have stayed in a nicer hotel. I will not stay here again.
Location. Not far from highway and places to eat. The staff member on duty (a student),did the best he could to make us comfortable.
Facilities are in NEED of renovation. Whoever looks after this place does not take pride in working in the industry.
It's my second time visiting Kamloops, and what a change with the rooms. Excellent view, larger rooms, good breakfast, all amenities at walking distance, and accommodating staff. I really enjoyed my stay and will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
