I loved the African theme, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and the service was top notch. I also have to say it was better than expected and I can not say that about many hotels! |

It was my first stay at Kutuma. The location is good as it's in the popular Plateau area and also close enough to downtown. The decor was excellent and so was the quality of the room. It's definitely a well designed small boutique hotel. The front desk service leave a lot to be desired. Upon my arrival, there no one there and finally someone came from the adjoining restaurant. When I wanted to checkout the next morning, I also could not find anyone at reception and I had to use my cell phone to call the receptionist who arrived about 10 minutes later. For me, service is what makes or breaks the reputation of a hotel. This hotel needs to improve reception service considerably. |

Staff was extremely helpful. We got free room upgrade to king room with huge lovely bathroom. No lobby or internet terminal, stairs and no elevator to 4th floor. |

Petit hôtel vraiment à la hauteur de mes attentes!!! Pour 100$ plus tx, nous avons eu droit à une chambre lit king size vraiment confortable même si notre réservation indiquait un lit queen (gracieuseté de l'hôtel), salon divan en cuir blanc crème, table en rotin brun choco, mini frigo, mini poêle, coffre de sécurité, tv, restaurant ethiopien au rez de chaussé duquel on peut se faire livrer un repas complet à la chambre!!! Merveilleux rapport qualité prix!!!! Le personnel très accueillant et attentionné. Le déjeuner n'est servi qu'à partir de 8h30. Trop tard pour une personne en voyage d'affaires. Même si mon déjeuner était compris dans le prix, j'ai dû aller déjeuner dans un resto sur la rue Saint-Denis |
