This completely renovated boutique hotel, in the Latin quarter, opened in the spring of 2003.

Located on St-Denis Street, in the heart of Montreal, in a historical area where you can find plenty of boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bars. Here you are within walking distance of festival sites, Old Montreal, downtown and Mont Royal Park.

In the hotel's rooms you will find designer accessories combined with rich deep fabrics, customized wooden furniture, and luxurious decor. Rooms provide you with a dining area, working desk, open kitchen, comfortable couch, and soft bedding.

The restaurant located in the hotel, Le Nil Bleu (the Blue Nile) has been in operation for a long time and very well known in Montreal. The Ethiopian theme, decor and menu makes it a very special place to visit.

Dining in Ethiopia is characterized by the ritual of breaking "ingera" and eating from the same plate, signifying the bonds of loyalty and friendship. The exotic decor features art, musical instruments and print fabrics, which,along with the soft rhythms of African music, create a very peaceful atmosphere.

The restaurant is open 7 days a week, and the full menu is available for room service also.

What a wonderful hotel! We got an upgrade to a king suite which was amazing. The hotel staff went out of their way to help us and made fanastic recommendations for restaurants and sites in the area.

comfortable room - spacious

toilet seat was loose - water pressure for shower was weak - could not get the tv to work- could not stop in front of hotel because of parked cars - ice banks to climb through to get to the sidewalk - poor communication between staff

The room was exactly as described on line. The hotel staff was extremely accomodating and friendly. We enjoyed the boutique quality of the hotel and recommend it to young couples staying in montreal.

Our room sometimes had a strong food smell from the adjoining restaurant.

great facilities, really comfortable, quiet, even though the hotel was easy walking distance to restaurants & shops.

Only the wardrobe door did not shut properly and was fully open all the time!! AC difficult to control
