Friendly & helpful staff
TV was too small Loved being able to use the hot tub at the Fairmont
The location is excellent, a less busy area but just a few minutes walk from the main village. There is a good cafe next door plus a couple of larger restaurants. The suite was large, bright and had separate thermostats for each room. .
The upholstered furniture was all very worn out and dirty looking. The pool was closed and though we were welcome to the pool at the hotel across the way it seemed less appealing that way. But repairs do have to be scheduled sometime!
hot tub in room, couch, kitchenette, resort fee included long distance, close to everything
bed was like a rock, pillows were way to soft, $15 parking per 24 hrs, wifi cuts out every 5 mins, front desk was only open certain hours
The location was very good. Lots of shops. Hot Tub was not working in the Hotel but had an agreement with Fairmont to use theirs.
the size of the bed .Was hoping for a Queen or King , ended up with a double
Very clean and spacious. Good value for money. Close to Fairmont where I attended a conference, but only at half the cost per night.
Quiet location. Trees outside windows. Nice walk to village. Roomy and comfortable. Blackout curtains. Warm outdoor pool & jacuzzi.
Mattress rather hard with lumps from springs. Kitchen tap constantly dripping & noisy. Noisy singing from restaurant on Sat. night. Phone number buttons worn out. No free parking.
the bike storage, the hot tub, 2 washrooms was great, clean rooms, very helpful at the front desk, very large rooms
So close to the mountain and village yet no noise...you get a good night's sleep. The place was spacious and I like the fact that the bedroom is a separate room.
The refrigerator was freezing up. And the cabinet above the microwave was so high (poor me height-challenged!). Small pool and hot tub.
huge bathrooms, great beds, superb location right by the slopes, nice quiet location, lovely coffee machine, lots and lots of hanging space, the swimming pool was good too. Excellent washing machine and dryer facilities, especially the inclusion of wasking powder.
nothing really, we stayed there in the summer so a balcony would have been nice but obviously in the winter this would not be necessary. The gym was very very small with not much equipment, it really wasn't worth having this at all
lots of room, very peaceful, educated staff, great location, the view was nice on the street side with all the mature trees
wifi was bad for those that need it in room but great on hotel premises. the fan helped the room cool off since there is no air conditioning.
2 rooms with a little kitchen, not bad for the money
It's by the blackcomb side. Not that convenient in summer
Liked how quiet it was in the evening, clean, affordable, comfortable Murphy bed, good proximity to whistler village.
Was surprised that 2 queen beds was meant the second bed was a murphy bed but turned out to be quite comfortable.
no air conditioning
We were within strolling distance of so many features & hikes & lifts up to the peaks. It was fun to be there at the same time as the Ironman Races & to cheer on the athletes. Plus from our windows we could look right up Blackcomb. Local buses allowed us to leave our car in the underground garage all weekend.
Very very nice and friendly stuff, huge room, 5 minutes walk from village center
Within a shot walk from the main street yet far enough away to be quiet. We had a suite with a small kitchenette. There was a grocery and liquor store within 400m. Underground car park was useful but cost CAD 15 per night
Pretty much everything
No house keeping during our stay
The room was very large with 2 bathrooms...
Central air did not cut it in August .Room was stuffy , had to open Windows each night to get room to cool down to get some sleep.
type of room location
front desk hours service garbage deposit pool
Location , quiet and minutes to main village
Room cleaning staff did not speak any English.
Great location and spacious rooms
no air conditioning
Location, room size, organic body products
Tv's small and out dated
Huge 1 bedroom suite with 2 toilets and a sofa bed so there was lots of space. Bed and couches were comfortable and all round a nice stay.
The kitchenette wasn't the greatest, a fridge, small sink, and a microwave so not much in the line of cooking done. The main annoyances are no maid service for the duration of your stay and $15 a day for parking.
It was great value for the money, clean and in a good location.
It isn't a traditional hotel - the front desk isn't staffed 24 hours and you don't get cleaning service. Not a big deal, but there wasn't cleaning products provided to freshen up the bathrooms. Fixed with a quick trip to the store, but didn't realize that going in.
