Location is amazing. All the hotel staff we met were exceptionally friendly and helpful. You need a room key to operate the elevator. Many people (lots of our friends stayed there, too) had problem with that. It needs updating :) |

Everything! Me and my partner used the hotel as a base to explore Vancouver and therefore didnt spend too much time in the hotel.....however the room was very spacious with a minibar and very large tv screen. No real views from the hotel but the location is very good just yards from the main shops along Robson Street and no more than 5 minutes walk to Denman Street. The adjoining O'Douls restaurant was a lovely place to eat and drink. Me and my partner would definatly stay here again! I never got round to using the gym facilities but i heard they werent that modern........i was only there for a week and did enough exercise walking around Vancouver & up Grouse mountain anyway..... |

It is a nice hotel. I paid 80 CAD per night which is quite cheap considering the situation in dowtown. If I had to pay the full 200 some dollars full tariff per night, I would say that it is really not worth it. The aircon out in the corridor was really noisy even within the room, the service was normal so basically it feels like a common business hotel with a stylish decoration. |

the location why do all bedroom doors have to open straight to the bathroom? why is the refrigerator so full? and why so many small useless beverages? guests must have the right to put some things they buy, especially if there is no breakfast in the hotel. and why keep such a old refrigerator, so difficult to open and to close?? |

The location and the employees. The hotel was listed as 4-star, with shuttle to and from the airport. It was a 3-star at best . . . And the top amenity that landed me at this hotel was the hot tub. I asked the booking agent prior to arrival, "Will the hot tub be hot and ready for me after a twenty-mile walk?" The answer, I found, after my first twenty-mile walk in Vancouver, BC . . . "No." |

The staff was very kind and very service oriented. Rooms were clean and spaceous and the beds comfortable. The Listel Hotel is located right in the center on Robson Street, which I thought was a big plus. The room I got was luxuruous, but not as 'arty' as I expected. |

I really loved the artwork. I liked the restaurant where I had two excellent breakfasts. I had a great view. The room was comfortable. The location was convenient. I needed photocopying done and they did it for me. I asked someone at the front desk to replace the soap dispenser in the bathroom that wasn't working properly and as far as I could tell they never tried to fix it. |

het hotel ligt erg centraal in de stad, in de belangrijkste winkelstraat. de designkamers en kunst viel erg tegen, er waren op de kamer 3 "schilderijen", maar verder was het geen bijzondere kamer. Het bed was vrij hard. |
