I liked that the jacuzzi faced the TV, and was adjacent to the bathroom. Overall I enjoyed the hotel services and staff. The breakfast saved money on the overall trip. |

Well I booked for a birthday trip and we were very happy with our room. The bed was Very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was great!! It was quiet and the price was great. Plus, as a woman that has stayed at a few hotels I have to say the conditioner you guys have is awesome! I know it's a little thing, but it is a great thing. :) Thank you very much for the great stay. Just the shower pressure. It was too Misty for me. That's about it. |

We loved our room (we stayed in one of the King/Jacuzzi suites)! The breakfast was adequate...saved us time and money from having to go elsewhere! The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful and able to answer all of our questions! Two small complaints, we didn't not get a "do not disturb" sign to put on our door and the pillows were terrible! |

The room was very elegant, the staff were nice, and continental breakfast had a very nice selection, of healthy food to choose from I did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking when I was paying to stay there already. |

This was overall, a very nice hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was great - definitely more than a continental breakfast. The breakfast room had adequate seating; there was a line-up for tables at one point, but turn-around is quick. The hotel was extremely accomodating in providing items that we forgot to pack and the lobby always had fresh cookies for snacking. The fitness room had all the main cardio equipment. Without hesitation, I would stay at this hotel again. A wall mirror in the room would be helpful. |

The room was very spacious (Whirlpool Suite) and the staff were very friendly. The insulation/noise protection in the room and from the hallway wasn't great. Our neighbours were very loud in the morning and it woke us. |

The whirlpool tub and king size bed in our room were fantastic. This hotel is in an excellent location and was within walking distance to all tourist attractions. The continental breakfast was out of many food items by 9:30 a.m. and all tables were full so there was nowhere to sit for breakfast. |

We enjoyed the rooms and the breakfast. We were unaware that we had to call ahead on the 800 number in order to get points. We were told that we can call and get the points applied. Will this work? |

We had a great room at a good price; very short walk from the Falls and Clifton Hill attractions. The amenities - indoor pool, game room, exercise room - were a nice bonus. The continental breakfast had a reasonable food selection. The hotel and rooms looked recently renovated and very clean. We had a great stay. The choice of breakfast items could have been broader, but I was pleasantly surprised to get eggs and sausage in addition to the bagels. |

The hotel and its staff were very nice. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. All employees that we had contact with were extremely polite. We had chosen this hotel because it had a swimming pool. Unfortunately it was closed for annual cleaning. This was our only disappointment. |

Excellent rapport qualité/prix, hôtel très beau, à 30 secondes à pieds des rues touristiques, très bien situé, spa très spacieux... Nous avons adoré! Tout est agencé, les chambres sont très grandes et c'est vraiment beau. Coup de coeur pour la rapport qualité/prix! Personnel courtois. |

Proximite des attractions et du maid of the mist. Le parking a 6 $ cad. Le petite taille de la salle de dejeuner et le manque de table disponible. Le jacousi est trop petit pour deux personnes. Le service de restauration du petit dejeuner n'est pas ecologique. Assiettes,gobelets et services en plastique et stirofoam non recycler. |
