Country Inn & Suites  

My husband and I had an amazing stay at the hotel, we were in Niagara Falls for a wedding and decided to book at Country Inn and Suites. We had not ever stayed at this hotel before and were extremely pleased with everything,from the staff to our room everything was perfect. Our room was very clean and spacious as we had a jacuzzi suite and it was amazing, the front desk staff were very friendly and professional and the location of the hotel was perfect for accessing all of our needs. We will most definitely stay there again.AMAZING!!!!

Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but there are plenty of alternatives close by.

There is ample parking, but it does cost $8. Actually this is not bad for being so close to the Falls.

Breakfast was not appetizing. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Parking was not sufficient.

I was disappointed with the breakfast arrangements. All the plates, cups and bowls were throw-away and also all the cutlery was plastic. For the price of the accommodation, I had not expected that. Otherwise room was fine.

The staff there are really helpful and kind. They called upfront responding to mu request of the room. The girl at front desk gave me a lot of advices on the trip around the town. She is an expert! Breakfast is a plus, exactly as it advertised "luxury continental breakfast".

Our room was very nice for the money. The staff was excellent.

The last night we stayed the room above must have been booked and we discovered there is not much insulation in the walls/floors. They decided to walk around alot and rnb the tub at 3:30 am. This of course woke us up and so the trip didn't end as well as it began.

The position was great. In walking distance to most things. Clean, comfortable, friendly, great facilities, nice breakfast.

There is a carpet in the room, well it looks old and dirty... I wouldn't care if we were travel without a crawling infant.

The hotel is pefectly placed for the Casino and other Niagara attractions. It was ~20 years since we last visited Niagara Falls and the place has certainly changed! This hotel provided a very convenient and comfortable location to explore around. The Queen suite we had was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, giving the place a relaxed and friendly feel, ideal for a resort location.

The beds were very comfortable. Great breakfast selection and hours of availability.

The shower made a very loud whining noise whenever we used it (which was quite often). The staff at the desk were polite but seemed a bit "robotic" to me.

The front desk attendants are really friendly. There is coffe at the lobby all day long. Well located, close to the main touristics attraction. The breakfast is reasonable.

The tv set must be replaced. You cant turn on nor turn off the tv from the remote control. The acustic isolation is not good. You can hear the other rooms bathroom noises as it was happening at your room. The 8 cad they charge for the parking.

The hotel staff was informative and extremely friendly. The rooms were clean. Their breakfast provided a lot of options and our family of five was able to fill their stomachs each morning. The pool and hot tub area was clean. The pool temperature felt a little too cool but the kids still stayed in it a very long time. During the first two nights of our stay, the smoke alarm in a room close by kept going off. Once I mentioned this to the front desk, they offered to move us from our double room to a double suite at no extra charge. The kids really liked the suite way better. The cookies at the front desk and availability of coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch.

We always enjoy our stay, the internet for the kids are great, pool, pleasant staff and nice breakie in the morning. When asked by family and friends where will be staying, I always tell them nice things about the our stay at Country Inn and Suites with casino just a short distance away.
