It is duplex cottage and owners live on the other side
On the 132
No access to the sea
Not what you could really call "nice"
We stayed here only one night with a family of five and it was fine. The owners were very friendly, the place is clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, living room and there is a washer and dryer. There is not too much you can really fault on the place which is I suppose why it has a 9.3 rating on booking.com. However:
It is not really what one could call nice either. Is an old duplex cottage and the owners live on the other side. I was very self conscious of the noise my young kids make. The building itself seems to be very poorly constructed is in rough shape and needs a lot of substantive work (e.g. roof, siding, doors) but the interior has been maintained despite the fact that building seems to have underlying issues.
It is not 'cottagy'. It is not on the sea and there seems to be semi-permanent trailer sites near the cliff on the water side so you can't really go there and it is on the 132 on the other side.
If you like to make friends on holiday or where you stay, the owners seem to be very kind, helpful and open to meeting new people who stay there.
I think it would be ideal for someone who has been rained out of tent camping in Forillion Park to spend a night, have a nice bath and wash their clothes but I would not want to spend many days there on holiday.
friendly and welcoming owners
Nice east facing view over the sea
