You can't beat the location. In old town but quick walk to Conference center. Quiet street. Safe access. Little courtyard is lovely.

The pull-out couch mattress is pretty uncomfortable. I would stay here again but would bring a air mattress next time for the kids :)

It is exactly what we needed. We wanted to cook our own food, and had no problem not having room service. It is located very close to all the festivals and restaurants.

    No issues.

We totally enjoyed our courtyard and upstairs patio. Close to all the major attractions but far enough away that you could escape to somewhere quite. Thank you for a wonder time.

Jocelyn (our host) was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The room was lovely, it had lots of character and everything we needed for our stay was there when we checked in. Fabulous location, close to rue St. Jean, Place d'Youville, Chateau Frontenac, and the Plains of Abraham. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Location was fantastic - playground just around the corner for kids, steps from all the major old Quebec attractions, yet very quiet. Three foot thick stone walls will do that! Bus stop right outside the front door (not that we could hear the bus) that was very convenient.

This was not an issue for us, but like in most buildings in this area there are lots of stairs.

    The enthusiasm of the staff.

Much of the seasoning or condiments are out of date when we would like to cook in the home.

Ideal location, easy walking distance to upper and lower districts of old Quebec. Quick access to local markets and shops. Separate loft area bedroom provides much more space than typical hotel room or suite. Outdoor grill, patio and rooftop terrace to use for dining or relaxing. Friendly and accommodating host. Kitchen has basic equipment for meal prep and full refrigerator. Great value for the money. Clean and very comfortable.

Window AC unit in bedroom runs continuously in summer, noisy and tends to hum and vibrate. The bed itself is comfortable but the wooden platform squeaks with any movement, potentially disrupting for any light sleepers. Clawfoot tub has surround style plastic curtains for showers.

Close to everything. It was the best location because we could eat and shop on St. Jean one block away and it was a 5 minute walk to Chateau Frontenac. Super clean. Loved our private terrace in Coach House. Sat outside in the evenings. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was in good condition. I would recommend this place to anyone who is able to manage the stairs up to the bedroom and the clawfoot tub.

Air conditioner in upstairs bedroom was quite noisy. A couple of nights people were on the deck on top of our unit late at night which made it a bit noisy though the air conditioner covered a lot of it. The bathtub is a clawfoot tub that was hard to get in and out of and the shower curtain around it was a bit awkward safety wise.

My apartment was on 3rd floor and was too hard for my 75 year old dad.

The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. The sights of Vieux Quebec were easily within walking distance. The apartment was very comfortable, and had a cozy ambiance. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and it was wonderfully cozy to sit by a burning log in the fireplace during the late season snow storm. We would love it if there was an apartment like this everywhere we travel.

The front bedroom window shade did not block the light from the street light at night. Otherwise, the least-liked part of our stay was having to leave.

It was an excellent location for exploring Old Quebec. Easy walk to all attractions and shopping areas. Facilities within the apartment were very good.

Streetlight outside front bedroom was quite bright. this room needed a block-out blind or curtain.

The apartment was very nice and very close to the old city, the shops and restaurants.

There was no room service at all and we had no telephone.

Location was perfect right in the old town. We walked everywhere and never needed any other transportation. The apartment was big and clean with a great outdoor patio for relaxing after a day of touring. The host met us as agreed and showed us around the apartment and was available if we had any questions.

The mattress was a bit harder than what I am normally used to, but I would still stay there again.

The location was particularly good. The parking garage nearby worked well. The apartment was attractive and comfortable and well-stocked.
