It was a great place to stay but a little way from public transport but for the price it is an excellent choice. We stayed for 2 days. Any more and the breakfast would have got very boring. Suggest adding some ham to the egg muffins and have some hard boiled eggs available. They are easy and people like them with toast.

Very clean and good sized rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Contintental breakfast included. Location close to airport at Richmond with free shuttle. Shops & restaurants close by, short walk to sky train to Vancouver Central. All ok

Staff was very professional, extremely helpful, efficient. Location is close to airport, facility has a lovely shuttle and is very prompt . Great choice of Chinese restaurants within walking distance . Room was spacious , clean , was made available to us hours before check-in time because we had gotten off of a cruise ship in the a.m. Difficult to find food other than Chinese in the area of the hotel if you have no vehicle .

Location was good for us and felt the rate was fair for the facility. The small staff tried very hard to do a good job. Shuttle to airport was very important for us. Felt the staff was really stretched to get everything done but they did all they could.

Nice room, good breakfast, morning newspapers They advertised free shuttle to/from the airport but didn't say the shuttle stopped at 9;30 pm , our plane arrived late and of coarse there was no shuttle available

Really good breakfast included, room was spacious and clean, with a great mattress. Nice and quiet. Lots of reasonable restarants in the area as well as a mall. Excellent value for your money! A little far from the airport(via free shuttle) for early AM flights.

We arrived late at the airport and stayed overnight at the hotel prior to continuing on with our trip. As promised, the shuttle picked us up at the airport following our call from the shuttle boarding area. The room was clean and comfortable (room 406). The breakfast buffet was very good and provided waffles, toast, coffee, cereal, etc. The next morning, the shuttle returned us to the skytrain to continue with our trip. All staff were very courteous and helpful. There was some maintenance occurring at the hotel but it did not affect our stay. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to other travellers.

Breakfast is good. Location is quite convenient. Room is far bigger than I need as a lone traveller. If there are rooms a little smaller and a little cheaper for lone traveller it would be perfect
