Good price. Clean room. Free parking, breakfast, and Internet. Hotel staffs are helpful. Air condition noise is quite loud especially in mid-night. Parking lots are not enough. (Okay, I know it is free. I have to return to the hotel before 9:00PM in order to park my car.) |

Shuttle service very good. Staff polite. Room comfortable and adequate. Two of us staying in the room. Two telephones, neither one in working order!! Went to main desk, they could not help. Also, only one bar of soap...2 People taking shower then need to transfer soap to washbasin. Can you not supply two soaps? |

I really like the staff and services provided in La quinta.The only thing I would like to mention is the inadequate of parking spots inside the facility. |

Parking was free and accessible. Breakfast was of good quality and the space was very comfortable. The reception staff (daytime) was borderline rude and certainly less than helpful. Most or her sentences in reply to any of our questions or requests began, "Unfortunately..." There was no sense of accomodation or being treated as a valued customer. |

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice overall feel to the hotel and it's rooms. Breakfast was poor. There was a lack of seating at busy times and everything to do with the breakfast is DIY and all plates and cutlery are disposable. |

We couldnt stay ,we had a booking made for several months and arrived off our plane at 11.30 pm to find that they had given our room to others! They advertise an airport shuttle but when we phoned from the airport (3 times) they said it stopped running at 9 .30 pm. They the waited until we took a taxi to their hotel and at the desk calmly advised us that they had sold our booked room to others.We were requested to pay for the room and buffet breakfast,They then gave us a voucher to another cheap hotel but did not include for the buffet breakfast, this caused further agro at the second hotel and 15 minutes of hassle |

Very clean, with large bed. Good breakfast . Shuttle to airport was very welcome and efficient. Cutting waffles with disposible cutlery was a little difficult. |

We enjoyed the staff there. They were very friendly and were willing to help. The cleaning staff were great. The rooms were better than what we thought. I would like to stay there again when I go back if the prices allow it. I highly recommend this hotel. So many places to chose from to eat around the hotel. It's all walking distance away. Literally across the street with Superstore a block away. |

We were very satisfied. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was good, shuttle collected us at the airport when we called and departed on time the following morning to take us for our flight. |

We needed a hotel close to Vancouver International Airport and chose La Quinta from the others because of price. We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the room, small, but spotless, and quite new. The hotel is well cared for and I would highly recommend it. |

Basically nothing. The rudeness of staffs at other la quinta still haunt me up to today. I book because of the location and the price Booking.com offered. Booked Quality Inn instead, very clean, good breakfast compare to La Quinta. I have stayed in La quinta Inn in different regions including us. As usual they have cleanliness problem(at least not to my standard). Again I felt our bedsheet was not changed on the first day, blood stain on on the bed cover, but couldn't be bothered to complain. I have heard numerous write out about La Quinta poor standard of cleanliness, and it has proven True. |
