the staff, overeacting because we want to bring some friends to our room after 11pm they called the police. after that, in the morning the fire alarm started to ring for about 10 or 15 min. No excusse from the staff about the fact of sleep was ruins.well never going back there

Good price and location for a night out without having to drive back. No cold water running in my room, the gym is completly out of date with most of of the machine broken and only up to 25 pounds dumbells which is pretty much useless .

The hotel's own evaluation form was filled out. Problems: (1) one of the burners of the in-room stove did not work, and (2) like in so many Québec hotels (!!!!!!!) the coffee made from the in-room coffee packet was horrible.

The decor was great condo student style and perfect for a romantic evening, confort and every thing needed to go out OR stay in The state of the building I understand its old and a little ruffly renovated with a few cracks and default but it did add to it a certain charm for the budget....

The room was clean and fairly nice. The hotel double booked me and was not able to release the money to me when I needed it. The staff was fairly rude when I asked them about the double booking and for the to reverse it. I was forced to increase my credit limit because they double booked me and I had no money. The breakfast was not included and there was little items to chose from. Wifi was not included.

Steven was awesome. When I asked for some ideas of resturants he not only had suggestions, but suggested dishes I may life, specific map locations. He was above and beyond all weekend long. The bed was very hard so after 2 nights I had some back pain.

I appreciated the bowl of apples on the front desk. The room was spacious. My toddlers loved the pool that looked recently renovated. Great location. Just half a block to Atwater metro station. Alexis Nihon shopping centre had a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants to meet our needs. The kitchenette was old but serviceable. It was unclear from the description that breakfast was charged separately. Parking was also not on site. But on the weekends and after 5:30pm street parking is free.

Very good hotel with professional staff and fantastic facilities in kitchen. Very comfortable for family living and close to everywhere. 45mins walking to downtown and China town or you can take a public transportation very easily. Will choose again next time

Location was great, kitchenettes are great. No parking available all three nights, rooms could be alot cleaner, dust and floors not very clean. Building is old, however no need to be dirty. Could use better mattresses.

The staff was great and the price was really affordable . Really close to the night life which is great .Parking was perfect if you get there on time which we did, so all and all a good place to stay with a group of friends There was some old food in the freezer a broken beer bottle in the fridge and when I turned on the light switch in the kitchen the light bulbs exploded
