Good price Free upgrade to a big suite A fine 3-star hotel, but don't go in with high expectations
Not especially clean Everything old and in need of replacing Old, uncomfortable mattresses
The Large one bedroom suite. The kitchenette was ample and equipped with the basics.
Not enough serve ware in the kitchen. No space to place toiletries in the bathroom. Not even a hook to hang your robe anywhere. No tissues in the room.
The staff was friendly and helpful The room although not modern was very clean. Linens were fresh Location was great right by the Metro but away from the hustle and bustle of St Catherine Street Very economical
The dishes could be more substantial (tiny bowls and cups) but it really was not a problem!!
It was great to have a full separate bedroom and proper kitchen. Travelling with children and food, this worked out really well.
The facilities are definitely older and feel that way.
The carpet The dirty rooms The heating Parking and Wireless not included Very expensive for the very low quality
Breakfast was perfect.
Constraction in the lobby
Beds need to b changed
My girlfriend couldn't go in when I was out front desk didn't five her a key to go in
Staff helpful and location made it easy to get around
The location of this hotel is great. Very close to shopping and festivities, but in a nice, quiet area. It was very clean, and the staff was absolutely delightful! Very spacious room, and we were on the 20th floor and had a gorgeous view. The pool is great, and the fitness room was one of the most well-equipped I've seen.
Not really a big deal, but the room was showing some wear and tear in non-essential, cosmetic ways. Not the most comfortable bed ever, and the a/c in our room couldn't really keep up with the heat and humidity on our first night. It was a great price, though, and wouldn't keep me from staying again.
Easy access and a great location
Rude and unhelpful staff. Our room had a nice kitchen with coffee and coffee maker but no coffee filter. Called down twice for a filter and were refused.
The staff is very nice and helpful and nice. The balcony which we had was great.
Internet is extra fee, which is pretty annoying.(5$/24h) the room was not cleaned at all on our 5 day stay, the towels were not changed the second day of our stay. Also the toiletries were not replaced we had to go to buy shower gel.
Ample rooms. Clean. Nice kitchenette. Location close to everything.
Strict policies: no visitors after 10 pm. Visitors cannot leave package with food (a Coke, pastries, etc.) for guests. Staff was on the phone or doing something else for a long time, and we had to wait until they finished to ask them a simple question.
The balcony they promoted as a perk was full of pigeon feces and feathers. It was awful !! There wasn't a picture on the walls, no ambiance, very patched up suite. We were awakened in the morning by loud banging, like an unbalanced washing machine up against the bedroom wall. Very old and dreary
location was ok
cleanliness and in room service: toilettes and kitchen amenities were not replaced over the 5 days. mugs weren't washed although housekeeping service was done daily Definitely not good value for money
No restourant in a hotel
Black curtain in the bath.everything is very old.
nice view nice facilities (terrasse, gym, pool) nice to stay in
the sofa is the worst internet is not included no room for bycicles
Cleaning service, essentials, a few of the staff
The metro station was a few minutes walk from the hotel. The apartment suite was spacious and comfortable.
I had a swim in the hotel pool. The towels at the pool had not been replenished and I was unable to contact reception from the poolside or from my room to request more towels.
clean comfortable location
The location to Metro and major streets is perfect. The price is also excellent. Our room was a good size for 3 people.
The room could use a paint job and the toilette seat although clean could be replaced. The shower however was in very good shape. Don't expect 4 star but for the price and location it was worth it.
location, spacious suite and value for the dollar
a little old fashioned
Staff were very helpful. Lobby has been renovated and looks good. Excellent location.
Peeling paint in room, bare spots on walls where items were removed. Run down, dirty window coverings, toilet seat needs replacing!! Doors to balcony were dirty. Air conditioners extremely loud - made it hard to sleep.
Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful, size of room and amenities were good.
The property looks old and tired and parking, while available on property, was an extra charge, which, I guess, is to be expected in a downtown hotel.
