The location of this hotel is great. Very close to shopping and festivities, but in a nice, quiet area. It was very clean, and the staff was absolutely delightful! Very spacious room, and we were on the 20th floor and had a gorgeous view. The pool is great, and the fitness room was one of the most well-equipped I've seen.
Not really a big deal, but the room was showing some wear and tear in non-essential, cosmetic ways. Not the most comfortable bed ever, and the a/c in our room couldn't really keep up with the heat and humidity on our first night. It was a great price, though, and wouldn't keep me from staying again.
Ample rooms. Clean. Nice kitchenette. Location close to everything.
Strict policies: no visitors after 10 pm. Visitors cannot leave package with food (a Coke, pastries, etc.) for guests. Staff was on the phone or doing something else for a long time, and we had to wait until they finished to ask them a simple question.
location was ok
cleanliness and in room service: toilettes and kitchen amenities were not replaced over the 5 days. mugs weren't washed although housekeeping service was done daily Definitely not good value for money
No restourant in a hotel
Black curtain in the bath.everything is very old.
Cleaning service, essentials, a few of the staff
The metro station was a few minutes walk from the hotel. The apartment suite was spacious and comfortable.
I had a swim in the hotel pool. The towels at the pool had not been replenished and I was unable to contact reception from the poolside or from my room to request more towels.
clean comfortable location
The location to Metro and major streets is perfect. The price is also excellent. Our room was a good size for 3 people.
The room could use a paint job and the toilette seat although clean could be replaced. The shower however was in very good shape. Don't expect 4 star but for the price and location it was worth it.
Staff were very helpful. Lobby has been renovated and looks good. Excellent location.
Peeling paint in room, bare spots on walls where items were removed. Run down, dirty window coverings, toilet seat needs replacing!! Doors to balcony were dirty. Air conditioners extremely loud - made it hard to sleep.
Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful, size of room and amenities were good.
The property looks old and tired and parking, while available on property, was an extra charge, which, I guess, is to be expected in a downtown hotel.
front desk staff excellent. breakfast which cost extra was good.
basically self catering apartments not a hotel as such. a nasty little kerb at the bathroom door to trip the unwary (me) .
Helpful and professional front desk staff, comfortable well-equipped room (couch and two comfortable chairs, comfortable bed, dining table and chairs), lots of space, close to two good grocery stores, walking distance from Museum of Fine Arts, underground parking.
The infrastructure needs some work. Our room had a very slow leak in a pipe next to the toilet and we had to put towels down. The ceiling of the bathroom had peeling paint. We were on the 2nd floor and noise from the building AC was a little loud. But definitely a good place and we will be back.
We liked the kitchen - the size of the suite (big) - the location: downtown + close to a metro station - the pool at the top with a good view on Montreal. The price was very reasonable for Montreal in the summer.
The place is a little old and the quality of the painting, AC, decoration... is average. Handy but not luxurious.
Wi-Fi was too slow..
I love the little kitchen. Full size fridge and stove. Had a queen bed and a pull out couch so it was perfect for our girls weekend.
I don't have a complaint other then they didn't have a whole lot of parking on site but there is an underground parking just 2 min walk away.
The location was great. There was a balcony. In suite kitchen.
Not as nice as the picture. I requested early check in and got a conformation email saying it was confirmed and when I got there they said it wasn't available and had to wait til 4pm instead of the requested 12pm. Before I left I was running a bit late and a maid came and knocked and asked when I was leaving and I said about 5-10 minutes. 2 minutes later a different maid comes and opens the door with out knocking and basically yells at me and calls front desk when I was only going to be an extra 15 mins past check out. Absolutely in acceptable to just come in the room.
The internet is barely working. You guys should either stop charging for it, or do something to improve it. The parking is pretty small: when we arrived there was no spot available so we had to look for on street parking.
You can't have more than 2 adults per room, which is not a good thing when you have 2 double beds and a pull out couch. Would not recommend for a group of friends!!
Location Metro very close balcony for extra fire escape Large living area and small kitchen Views from roof Pool on roof Breakfast was adequate Stuff to do within walking distance
Our TV cabinet looked like someone punched holes in it Make rooms look more cozy and homey Breakfast could be a little better New bedspreads
Well prepared kitchen.
Very helpful front desk staff. Assisted us in locating a great restaurant for our annniversary dinner!
Bed could have been more comfortable.
Staff friendly, near metro.
Very few parking space, had to paid 20 per day.
