Very close to the metro e
Great location easy access to metro and shops..
Construction on the corner at 7 am..
Location close to CBD but not in CBD. Large rooms great for families and long stays. Separate kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Not new but clean. Staff friendly. Good value.
Limited parking. Mostly need to park on the street, but watch the temporary signs for changing parking restrictions.
Close to every thing i needed...
To noisy in the main street...
good location well equipped comfortable bed good price
1) stayed in front side 2nd floor with three flags attached to balcony. It was very windy and they were super noisy and disturbing my sleep... a lot. Had to buy earplugs. 2) The neighbour across the hall was smoking and the smell came right into my suite. I called staff three times and visited once in person. They finally did something after three days.
The location is near to st. catherin street.
The hotel is too old and not clean and one of the staff was very roude
Location was great because it was close to the friends we were visiting. Liked the fact that it had a kitchenette even though we didn't need to use it. Room was clean and roomy and I liked that it had a balcony.
Only two negatives...the parking garage on site was full the first night and we stayed for two nights but our bed linens weren't made up after the first night.
I enjoyed my stay. The staff extremely helpful and nice! Loved having a pool and the gym was new and clean. Also, loved having a kitchen and balcony. I will definitely be staying here again
The room was a little dated but very clean. No parking but garage across the street
Despite bad reviews I read online, I decided to book here because it offers a central location and self-catering at a really good price. I was very pleasantly surprised. The flat is big and light and comfortable, the kitchenette has a full size fridge and stove and the bathroom has a bath and shower with strong, hot water. I found the bed comfortable, the linen absolutely spotless and the service generally very efficient and friendly.
I think an establishment like this should offer free wifi
It's a dated apartment hotel but things are in good working order and it's clean and staff are nice and fairly priced. Moments from the metro.
As any traveler, I usually expect a fresh hotel with new or sort of recent decoration. But here it's dated but the good thing is things work and it's clean. So it was comfortable and alright.
Staff helpful with directions, very useful to be able to store our luggage before we left Montreal.
sofa and pillows
Simply the worst
We always come to this hotel we must of came easily ten time this summer love the place love it. We want to keep coming.. Only need good deals..
The only thing I wud change is the TV.. There's good TVs in the new renovated at the bottom they r a little bigger..
kitchen is good
I like the location and the renovated rooms. the swimming pool and exercise facility. it was clean.
I did not like the rugged room I stayed. the rug smell. and whenever a person from another room or from the apartments outside cook with some kind of strong smell like garlic smell in the rooms so strongly, even we don't cook the garlic in the room.
Location with convenient parking, grocery shopping and Metro underground was excellent. Living room, bedroom, bath, kitchen and dining were plenty adequate for two. Reception and cleaning staffs were very hospitable and helpful.
The two elevators are too small and slow for the size of the hotel and its clientele, but everyone was good natured about crowding in or waiting.
Good price Free upgrade to a big suite A fine 3-star hotel, but don't go in with high expectations
Not especially clean Everything old and in need of replacing Old, uncomfortable mattresses
The Large one bedroom suite. The kitchenette was ample and equipped with the basics.
Not enough serve ware in the kitchen. No space to place toiletries in the bathroom. Not even a hook to hang your robe anywhere. No tissues in the room.
Staff, location (near subway) nice room.
Charge for Internet
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had the contemporary room with the hardwoods. The metro was across the street and the staff were nice and helpful. Got a discount because we booked with booking.com earlier in the week so the $$ was right!
They really need to have a drop zone to park in when you arrive to unload the baggage and get your barrings. Parking is available across the street at the forum. The elevators are being worked on so if you are staying on the weekend you might wait a bit or do some stairs:)
The staff was friendly and helpful The room although not modern was very clean. Linens were fresh Location was great right by the Metro but away from the hustle and bustle of St Catherine Street Very economical
The dishes could be more substantial (tiny bowls and cups) but it really was not a problem!!
clean value for money
more china in kitchen like tea cups apartment needs updating
It was great to have a full separate bedroom and proper kitchen. Travelling with children and food, this worked out really well.
The facilities are definitely older and feel that way.
