Score from 605 reviews Good
Ample rooms. Clean. Nice kitchenette. Location close to everything.
Strict policies: no visitors after 10 pm. Visitors cannot leave package with food (a Coke, pastries, etc.) for guests. Staff was on the phone or doing something else for a long time, and we had to wait until they finished to ask them a simple question.
location was ok
cleanliness and in room service: toilettes and kitchen amenities were not replaced over the 5 days. mugs weren't washed although housekeeping service was done daily Definitely not good value for money
No restourant in a hotel
Black curtain in the bath.everything is very old.
Cleaning service, essentials, a few of the staff
The metro station was a few minutes walk from the hotel. The apartment suite was spacious and comfortable.
I had a swim in the hotel pool. The towels at the pool had not been replenished and I was unable to contact reception from the poolside or from my room to request more towels.
clean comfortable location
The location to Metro and major streets is perfect. The price is also excellent. Our room was a good size for 3 people.
The room could use a paint job and the toilette seat although clean could be replaced. The shower however was in very good shape. Don't expect 4 star but for the price and location it was worth it.
Staff were very helpful. Lobby has been renovated and looks good. Excellent location.
Peeling paint in room, bare spots on walls where items were removed. Run down, dirty window coverings, toilet seat needs replacing!! Doors to balcony were dirty. Air conditioners extremely loud - made it hard to sleep.
front desk staff excellent. breakfast which cost extra was good.
basically self catering apartments not a hotel as such. a nasty little kerb at the bathroom door to trip the unwary (me) .
Helpful and professional front desk staff, comfortable well-equipped room (couch and two comfortable chairs, comfortable bed, dining table and chairs), lots of space, close to two good grocery stores, walking distance from Museum of Fine Arts, underground parking.
The infrastructure needs some work. Our room had a very slow leak in a pipe next to the toilet and we had to put towels down. The ceiling of the bathroom had peeling paint. We were on the 2nd floor and noise from the building AC was a little loud. But definitely a good place and we will be back.
We liked the kitchen - the size of the suite (big) - the location: downtown + close to a metro station - the pool at the top with a good view on Montreal. The price was very reasonable for Montreal in the summer.
The place is a little old and the quality of the painting, AC, decoration... is average. Handy but not luxurious.
Wi-Fi was too slow..
You can't have more than 2 adults per room, which is not a good thing when you have 2 double beds and a pull out couch. Would not recommend for a group of friends!!
Very helpful front desk staff. Assisted us in locating a great restaurant for our annniversary dinner!
Bed could have been more comfortable.
Staff friendly, near metro.
Very few parking space, had to paid 20 per day.
Large family suite.
Bathroom needs a reno.
The second floor is too dark
Spacious suites, swimming pool and fitness room on top floor, with roof top terrace. All clean and nice.
Parking was rare, only 6 spots for the whole hotel. Check-in was very complicated (we had 3 rooms, charged on the same card, but the clerk charged every room separately, which took ages). Fitness equipment could be maintained better.
Some of the stuff are not helpfull ... AC was not good at all
Very close to Metro and Rue de Saint Catherine. Supermarkets and downtown area closeby. Room was comfortable. Good value.
Gym was a disappointment. Staff could have been more helpful. No tourist information available. Maid service was okay but it would have been nice if they vacuumed. Room was decorated from the Home Depot and somewhat dated.
very limited parking only 8 spots for bigger suv's
Location and apartment like setup were nice.
Rooms are definitely old/dated, our kitchen had a bad smell (sink, pipes).
