Very dated rooms. Furniture needs to be replaced and the kitchen was long due for renovation. The maid was not very thorough. At no time were we left coffee for our room. |

The ablity to use the stove and fridge. Location was central. The staff was friendly and helpful. I booked under the belief from the website that it had a indoor pool. This was not the case. I was told that it was broken. I did not see one sign in the hotel that would indicate which floor the pool was on or if there even was one. I find this false advertising. The website should be reviewed. Also seemed to be a lack of proper info on what room had what in it, the room intially was without a couch, had to change rooms to get one. |

Hotel location to Montreal down town and McGill university. Also the the coffee shop in the hotel and its location along the Rene Levesgue street.Of course and the hotel staff in particular at the reception are very nice and professional. I believe the local call and internet use should be free of charge or in professional way should be hidden in the rent. |

Being a hotel apartment and having a kitchen made it comfortable. The bath room door in room 910 did not close properly, the clock didn't work, and the light bulb above the table was loose. Room service was good. |

Hotel is very central and convenient to both shopping and cultural venues. No need of a car for downtown activities. Very kind, efficient and friendly staff. This hotel is great value for the traveller looking for a mini-suite experience. Well equipped kitchen. Its central location means that many police, fire or emergency vehicles, pass the hotel, during the night, with sirens activated. The rooms are large and comfortable but looking a bit tired and needing renovation. The bathroom was excellent but the towels old. On the whole, a very reasonably priced hotel. |

Convenience to the downtown area The kitchen appliances were old and in need of replacement, based on other similar type facilities that we have stayed at in North America. Temporary parking, due to the parking area being renovated, was too far away for seniors like us. |

Clean the carpet or change. The room was stinky. Affiliate parking $16.5/day was incredibly expensive. Other parkings there normally $5-8/day. |

Hotel staff were polite and accomodating. Large apartment style rooms were very basic and dated. On-site parking was closed, alternate parking lot far away. Website pictures misleading, outside looks better than inside. |

The prices were cheaper then most and the location was alright. The facilities were horrible, the pool, the sauna, the gym, the elevator and the parking were all out of order! Staff seemed a bit "sketchy", I will not stay here again! |

The central location of the hotel as it is close to all featured and tourist places in montreal. Rooms were not very clean. Elevators went down more than one time that we had to take the stairs. Availabilty of bedding was different from what was written in the hotel's online information. Parking was far from the hotel. |

Location was perfect. Walking distance to downtown montreal and to old montreal. They charge an extra $2 for every box of soap and $2 for making the coffee (which was terrible). The hairdryer didn't work. Elevator was slow. |

The view from our room was great and that's about it... We had chosen this hotel because it had a pool, sauna and training room and were very disappointed because none of these were available except the training room that was gross and useless because it was all broken and shaky...BIG disappointment for the kids to have to look at an empty pool...AND, the parking was in repair, which we knew, so they told us to use a parking a few streets down and offered to charge our credit card (16$ plus tax)at the same time for the parking. We saw that as helpful until we got to the parking lot only to see that there was a closer one to the hotel which charged only 9$ and OUR parking was only 10$!!!! We had been charged 16$ +tax!!! Big disappointment for the whole family! Stay away! |
