Location was excellent. Hotel staff was exceptional. Value for the money was great. Enjoyed the indoor pool too. The carpet in the hotel room could have been cleaned. The rest of the room was just fine. |

Lots of space, location is great. AC control is broken. Very noisy from the street and wind (window problem). Only gave us 2 single bed while we actually need one queen size (understood due to Jazz festival in town). |

Location is close to center and St. Catherine Street. The reception was very friendly and helpful staff. The wireless internet was free. The studio we occupied was large enough but could be refurbished. The linen looked very old if not a bit dirty as they were apparently not ironed at all. The bathroom looked very used but was cleaned daily. The room was not entirely cleaned during our stay, especially the dining section. All dishes were left dirty in the sink. |

location they told us baby cot was free then when we asked for it, it was for $10/night. we were staying at studio for 1 week and they brought us microwave the last day before leaving after asking for it twice daily |

The hotel is very close to downtown and it is very convenient. I like it has its own air conditioner and a view from window was not so bad. I did not like the Internet is very expensive. |

Catherine's; very friendly and helpfull staff, wi-fire for free; large rooms; rooms could be updated, but were clean and comfortable; daily change of towels (should be optional to save environment); in total it was ok! proximity to most of the attraction points downtown montreal the receptionist had very poor maner when we checked-in. I would wish to have a more friendly and noicer person at the front desk. this represent the hotel face to the public. |

in montreal down town area, the price is good value. can't believe, two elevators run out of order at the same time,and no one come to repair on Sunday, my mom needed to climb to her room at the 16th floor, lucky, i stayed at the 4th floor. |
