We were first directed to a room that was unsatisfactory. It was old and much like a bunkhouse. Our request for a nicer facility was granted but with additional $50. Very pricey for food and room. Executive suite was nice. Staff was pleasant.

Very dated, and really expensive - which would be ok if it was worth the money. we left after one night (supposed to be 4) because of the small room. inadequate kitchen, and a multitude of other reasons. wont be going back - ever.

The Ice magic Festival was happening by chance during my stay and it was very entertaining and interesting. The staff at the hotel were friendly and happy. Beautifullly decorated room. The walk up to the 4th floor was a bit too much with my luggage but it was an economy room an elevator would be a bonus.

staff were overall inpersonable , the pool, hot tub ,sauna and change rooms were especially gross(bandaids ,dirty towels,no clean towels, blood ,spit ...!) the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable . there was not a jacuzzi in room as advertised. also the bathroom counter and floor were coming apart, the toilet did not flush properly ! and when we first arrived the room had to be aired out ! not impressed:P

Excellent, extemely helpful staff, nice clean pool and two hot tubs, okay restaurants, very clean and comfortable. The room was extremely well priced and had lots of room which I needed, travelling with an eight year old and baby. I was very pleasantly surprised. And the view from our balcony- took my breath away! The breakfast buffet was very expensive for what it was... Didn't like it at all. But absolutely nothing else negative to say!

We loved the location, loved the price and the ambience. The food was delicious (when we eventually got it). We were extremely disappointed in the service however. Both of our meals (supper in the Pub and breakfast in the Lodge restaurant) were delicious, but we could not believe the horrible service. I would seriously consider an overhaul in staffing policy and procedure. We would not stay again because the service was so incredibly poor.

Staff respected my space when they cleaned my room. The walls of the Inn paper thin. I could hear the man in the room above me snoring.

It is very conviently located in the lake Louise village if you are arriving on the greyhound. Great food and service. The room lacked basics of wifi and coffee machine, which for the price I would have expected.

Very overpriced, typical ski village accommodation. No free wifi, this was the only motel in North America were we had to pay for wifi in 6 weeks travelling. Stayed at much nicer accommodation in our travels at less than half the price.

“Rustic charm, lovely decor; great beds/linens, friendly staff; excellent food and service in the D.R.; morning coffee available; they gave us an up-grade as it was our 47th anniversary--plus--a little gift of preserves from the hotel and complimentary desserts in the D.R. Always a pleasure to stay. ” Jeanine, Calgary |
