It was excellent experience and very satisfied with the service they offered. Will recommend to all my friends to stay here .It was excellent experience till now in Canada. Shuttle bus driver was very helpful.

Shuttle service should be more frequent .Visitors are already tired after the flight and if they have to wait for another 30 to 40 minutes for the shuttle it is annoying.It was the only minus point otherwise it was the best place to stay

Rooms are a nice size. And I liked that breakfast was included.

Pool needs paint job, water too cold.

Value for money was excellent, it was extremely handy for us as we just wanted something close to the airport as we only stayed one night and we flew out very early in the morning. The rooms were immaculate, very spacious, self contained and they lacked nothing.

There was nothing negative that I could even think of

Suite rooms are a genius idea! Cleanliness was superb, price was nicer. Absolutely loved the breakfast and cookie jars! Totally worth the money, definitely coming back!

Wifi was unavailable the entire trip which held up our reports for the meetings we were in town for.

Could not ask for anywhere better to stay in. Staff very helpful. Rooms were large and well kept and most have a small kitchen.

Nothing at all to complain about.

Nice clean comfortable room, lots of room and very relaxing. Cookies at reception and decent complementary meals.

Absolutely everything about this place was great. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very relaxing and comfy. Okay selection of breakfast.Would return without a doubt.

There was an event happening when I first checked in. A birthday party for kids as well as a wedding so there was plenty of noise at the check in. However, the rooms had no noise coming in so that is ok.

Pretty much everything. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was clean, and the location is good (as long as you have a car). The (full) breakfast was excellent and the dining room was pleasant. Highly recommended.

The bed was too soft for my taste. But others probably like it that way, personal taste.

The room was roomy and nicely laid out. Was nice to munch on popcorn in front of the fireplace. The closenest to the airport was nice and it easy to find.

We really enjoyed this hotel and our time spent there really stands out as one of the high points of our trip. Having just recently gotten married, this area and the hotel stands out as a great place to plan and spend a honeymoon.

The only negative things I can come up with are "parking lot not big enough and breakfast items although greatly appreciated, were very limited and poor quality. However we rally enjoyed our stay and had a nice relaxing stay, and we intend to return sometime soon.

The proximity to the airport and free shuttle during certain hours. Nice Breakfast and light dinner. Wonderful staff.

The heating unit in the hall malfunctioned, and blew hot air all night under our door making the living room area unbearably hot.

A basic breakfast was included, as were soup and salad one evening. Suite had complete kitchen facilities and it was close to the airport and aviation museum.

Bed could have been a bit firmer, but in all was quite comfortable.

everything even the breakfast was different every day and you had a choice of a lot of breakfast items you name it and it was there for breakfast and the room was a 1 bedroom apartment very comftable very friendly and helpfull staff

requested a higher floor, which was not available, so did have to put up with some noise from upstairs hotel guests in the night (running back and forth)

Nice atmosphere, nice staff, and a very good breakfast. Definitely good value for the money.

The airport shuttle doesn't start until 6:30 a.m. and I needed it at 5:30 a.m. Most other hotels in the area start earlier. Also it was a long, roundabout walk to my room.

The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. I liked the efficienty kitchen & that fact that the bedroom was separate from the main area. I like the extra emenities - ie: popcorn for late-night snack, plus fresh fruit, juice/water, & cookes available in the front entrance. The breakfast was fantastic - large selection of hot & cold items. The free shuttle was an added bonus - the driver, Manuel was very friendly & efficient. He was there to greet me at the airport & dropped me off again on my return flight home. And the front desk staff were excellent - Rosa was very friendly & accomodated my requests in a professional manner. Thank you for making my stay here comfortable - I will return!
