The hotel rooms are horrid - holes in bedspread/comforter, holes in blinds, some sticky white stuff on bedskirt, door locks that rarely worked correctly and keys were needed in the elevator to get from one floor to the other. The "free" breakfast had very few healthy choices and the woman who staffed that area was like a bat that had been left out of her bat cave. The breakfast area was dirty and messy. I would never stay at this hotel again. |

Very spacious and located very conveniently to the downtown and waterfront areas. The elevators........the key cards were supposed to start the elevators but every time we used it we had to swipe the cards at least 10 times. I was afraid to use the elevator myself because I was afraid of getting trapped in it. No access to stairwells was not good as you could have bypassed the elevator problems. |

Convenience to downtown and the pool were good additions to a comfortab;le suit that allowed the entire family to stay together The contyinental breaakfast was poor. Little choice and ran out of cornflakes! |

Very spacious 2 bedroom suite. Nice having kitchenette. Only one air conditioner was working and when we asked the front desk person about it we were told none of the air conditioners were turned on and to talk to maintenance the next day. Mattresses were way too firm. |

Room had good facilities within close distance of the major shopping areas and was easy to access day and night. In april the rooms were very warm with only one ceiling fan in the bedroom. Perhaps need to install ceiling fan in the lounge room and also think about offering portable fans. |

The location is very good - close to Granville Island, Robson Street. Rooms are very large. It's a bit dated, heating the room wouldn't turn off, area is quite noisy. The staff seem a little uncaring - not rude, just slightly bored. The fire alarm went off at 4am - they gave us free parking for that. The breakfast room is small but it's very convenient. |

The 2 executive suite was very spacious with the bedrooms being separated by the living area, which gave us privacy. The location is close to all the varied eating places of Davie Street and an easy walk from Granville and Robson Streets and 7-11 was right across the street for any last minute needs. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety of cereals, breads, fruit and pastries. The free wireless internet didn't work, reception didn't know how to help us as we have Mac computers, but we could connect to other free networks from the room. |

Staff was friendly and helpful. Fire alarm went off. Per instructions, we are to vacate, unless they announce that it is a false alarm. It was a false alarm but no announcement made. Walked down from the 12th floor. |

ein hotel das wir so vorgefunden haben, wie Sie es auch beschrieben und mit fotos anschaulich gemacht haben. wirklich empfehlenswert. der frühstücksraum könnte etwas schöner sein - wenn man die suiten und appartements gegenüberstellt. aber gut das ist wahrscheinlich typisch amerikanisch |
