Landis Hotel & Suites    

Perfect room for a group of girls for a night on the town.

Staff didn't always answer the phone.

We loved the size of the room and close proximity to all the Restaurants, Shopping, and activities. The staff was friendly and even offered a shuttle to take us to the cruise terminal.

The items offered continental breakfast were a little stale. Luckily there are many restaurants to grab breakfast.

A very spacious appartment that was clean, warm and comfortable. A good location with a trolley bus stop outside the hotel. Breakfast was provided, consisting of cereal, toast and pastries. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

From the moment we arrived at the Landis we were treat so well!!! The staff was awesome - everyone! Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Loved it!

No paper towels in kitchen. No dish cloth in kitchen.

I have been to the landis hotel a few times now and i just love the hole place is right in the hart of everything its alway clean great staff hart stoping view of vancouver the security is tops you can walk to any place or take the bus I drive to the city and never have i been robed I only have one thing to say if you have not stade at the landis do it!!!! just do it Iam am verry happy gest thanks. marcel and liz nanaimo bc.

Could have been cleaner, disappointed to see burn marks on counter, mirror in bathroom and glass in glass-enclosed room dirty. Bed sheets crisp, bed comfy, room spacious for money paid. Furniture good. Hair on bathroom floor.

Shuttle was available but only on specific times, ended at 6 pm which was disappointing considering we don't want to drink and drive plus I'm not sure if that cut off time wasn't obvious.

Convenient location, reasonable price, good for small family, clean, good range of amenities and facilities.

Breakfast could include more hot food variety.

The location is brilliant for exploring all parts of Vancouver. Only two blocks from Granville Street so handy for buses to everywhere. Loads of room in the suite and laundry facilities available at a nominal fee. You can uses the pool and gym at the Marriott next door (direct access). Very helpful front desk staff.

The breakfast was monotonous and 'bread heavy' . The free shuttle is great if available but as you can't pre-book it's not very reliable.

We have been staying at The Landis for the past 10 years on a regular basis and never had a bad experience. The management staff are very professional and friendly. The hotel is well positioned within easy walking distance to great eateries, shopping and other tourist locations. We will keep on staying there for as long as the need arises.

Was great value for a 2 bedroom. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast.

Was a bit old and run down and in not the best location. However the price reflected that.

The common area carpets are in need of cleaning or replacing.

Landis is so close to all the shopping stores and very convenient to public transportation. Me and my family had a great stay and we will stay again in Landis whenever we visit Vancouver. I would say the location especially the service is excellent.

On a couple of occasions the housekeeping was somewhat lacking. For example, forgot to leave coffee, facetowels and take out the garbage.

Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast was good, good location, rooms nicely apponted and air conditioned.

The advertised pool and gym were not available during our stay, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel as we were travelling with young children. An alternative pool was available but this meant walking a good distance to get to it which was not ideal. Check availability before you book.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great city location within walking distance of transport, Granville Island, Downtown and shopping. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness and service of rooms was excellent, and the suite was comfortable and easily accommodated us with our two adult children. Breakfast was attractively presented and offered cereal, juice, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit and coffee and tea! A nice setting with indoor and outdoor seating. No pool or gym in operation would be the only downfall of The Landis. Would recommend this hotel to other families and would stay again on our next visit to Vancouver.

Staff were very, very helpful. They have city maps and they pleasantly showed us where things were, and even went online to check on some options. The shuttle service was a nice extra--you just need to reserve your desired time and sometimes had to be flexible. Beds comfortable. Loved the breakfast area. Our 2br suite was newly remodeled.

Really liked the separate bedrooms and kitchen so we could cook and have snacks and tea when we wanted. Flexibility was great.

Breakfast was a bit boring and heavy on carbs after a few days. Cereals too sugary.

Location, and honesty of staff.

The apartment (2 bedroom 2 bathroom) was very comfortable. It was warm (lots of natural sunshine) and great location for us. We had 2 adult children with us and there was plenty of space. Great location close to Sunset beach and downtown.
