It's our third stay there and it's a great find. High style for a low price.

Staff were very professional, location is great for walking to Old Montreal. Hotel was very modern, and overall rate is good.

For me, rooms very small, but on the other hand how much time do you spend in them when you are there to explore the city. No restaurant on site.

The location was excellent. We easily walked to everything. Also the metro 1 day pass to see outlying areas.

Very friendly staff, breakfast wasn't included but there were muffins anyway so that was nice. Rooms were not big but very nice. Within walking distance of the city centre.

Very sleek and well designed rooms. Your photos make them look smaller - I stayed in 912 and it was very spacious!

Better breakfast selection. Also some extra fruit for breakfast - oranges as well would be nice.

The rooms are modern, stylish and well equipped. The staff were helpful and polite. Central and convenient location for airport bus and métro.

The area is a 'up and coming' so a little rough at night but nothing unusual for any inner city and didn't put me off walking home alone at night.

The hotel had great central location! -one block from shopping street ... All you needed and more was available in the room e.g hair dryer, TV, scale, microwave, forks and knives for dining, desk, ironing ect. Room was very nice decorated and CLEAN.

My room located next to elevator so a little noise every time it was running .. However while sleeping I didn't notice ...

I loved the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms, although small were lovely with a good view across the skyline. the terrace was lovely.

This hotel was modern, and stylish. Its very simple, and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms have everything you need, including a refrigerator, and microwave. Beds were comfortable. There's an outside terrace which is nice to have a drink on at night, or have a coffee out there in the morning, and enjoy the city view. There's free wifi, and if you didn't bring an iPad or laptop, they have computers to use there. Location was great, short walk to Old Town area, only a few blocks about 8-10 min away. Short walk to St catherine st shopping. Little further to St Cresent st clubs and bars. But a doable walk. They also have free coffee and muffins in the morning. This was a great hotel, everything we could have asked for. I would recommend to anyone.

You are right across the street from China town. It really did not bother me very much, it was neat to walk through. Just a few homeless sitting around that area. But nothing bad about this. My friends we were with actually liked the china town!

Room was dirty. No coffee maker in room. Only one towel in room for the two of us

I didn't like the parking service because I had to let the driver drive my new car. And that not comfort for me!

Great and helpful staff. Wifi connectivity was good also.

Great location and modern room design. Room was very quiet except for the hum of the elevator occasionally. Loved that the window can open a few inches for air movement and to hear the sounds of the city.

The lighting was a little too dim, but still not a big issue.

We (a girlfriend and I) stayed for 4 nights. We loved it. The receptionist that checked us in, Joel was super nice and informative. All the staff were helpful and understanding. It was close to the Montreal Eaton Centre. Although, we wouldn't recommend eating anything but pizza in the downtown area of Montreal, this was a good trip for us. Hotel Zero 1 is rustic, and funky. It's an amazing place to live on a small getaway.

the hotel is very close to China town which is not bad choice for Asian. And walking distance to the old town Montreal is about 5-10 minutes which is pretty convenient.
